The staff: amazing. They were some of the most friendly and outgoing people!! They alone made it an amazing stay, so shoutout to them 🩷
The hostel itself was also great! Quite fancy, clean, massive storage drawers under the beds, good sized rooms. The breakfast was yum, so was the free drink on arrival. Omg and they had free stuff in the kitchen for u to make food with. Think olive oil, pasta, tomatoes, zucchini, herbs and spices. LOVE!!! The rooftop was severely underrated, very cool!! Overall an amazing stay, I wish I could come back!!!

It is a hostel with shared rooms, but also a hotel with double rooms. Soundproofed, opening of the rooms with a very convenient app. Young and fun environment. Cleanliness, kindness and excellent location a stone's throw from the Toledo metro. Highly recommended

BED BUGS!! Avoid!! Please read other reviews on hostel world etc too. Not the first person to report this. They have had bed bugs since December 2022 as far as I can see and it’s now an ongoing infestation and they are unethical and KNOWINGLY putting people into rooms and beds they know have bed bugs! Disgusting.

Had the best time here and made friends that I still talk to two years later (I actually went here in August of 2022). If you are looking for a fun social hostel to make lifelong friends this is the place. The kitchen also has free pasta and some basic produce, spices, and oils that are free to all guests. I saved a good chuck of cash living off of the pasta there. The staff is also incredibly friendly. Shout out to Mia! I don't think she works here anymore but she was the best.

Pros:
Good location, nice facilities, nice a**osphere, a lot of working space, free coffee all day long.
Cons:
The bed mattress is bad, not just in one bed, couldn't sleep. All coffee drinking cups are very dirty. Unfortunately ******* doesn't present clearly that the price doesn't include city tax, and that additional payment will be charged when arriving to the hostel. It is misleading.
