Le 4 Stagioni Dante's Suites H Napoli Centro, by ClaPa Group

Sadly very bad experience. I book the Dante's suites B&B le4 season on trip.com at the price of €23 + €4 in taxes to be paid at the hotel. I read all the entries and not much is indicated except for this green pass. Read the reservation and ditto (photo attached). We arrive at the reception to check-in (among other things not close to the location of the rooms) and we receive the bitter news ... we were told that, in the conditions of our "advantageous" reservation it was indicated that we had to have credit card credit for the deposit ... but alas this item WAS NOT PRESENT ON THE SITE NOR IN BOOKING. The girl at check-in then asks me to show it to her and in the booking she can't find anything ... so she asks me for the app and finds a similar encrypted wording (always attached, photo No. 6), written in approximate English in which she he says it is indicated ... in reality, as you can read, only the € 200 deposit is mentioned and not the credit card ... Moral of the story :'You have to pay full price !' alias 40€ for the room + 10€ tourist tax (4€ ON THE WEBSITE) ..AH precise CASH ONLY AND WITHOUT INVOICE! SO UNDER THE COUNTER, €50 WERE ELEGANTLY SUBTRACTED! 1) It is absurd for the employee not to know trip.com, given that the alleged b&b is present on this platform. 2) Absurd ONLY COUNTED AND WITHOUT RECEIPT. 3) Even worse PRICE TRIPLED. At this figure I would have chosen a definitely better structure In addition : 1) open window 2) tired with the air conditioner off .. which, despite the turbo function .. reached a decent temperature after several hours. How sad to return to your city and understand why you left ... People suck .. luckily not all! PS: you will say .. why not go elsewhere? Because we would have lost €23 and had to wander, after a trip, looking for another structure ... we preferred to succumb to this elegant theft! PPS: I hope you read the reviews ... like mine, only now have I discovered there are others and at least someone, unlike me, was warned earlier, even if after payment, of having to have a credit card! 😅

Hotel pessimo! Personale sgarbato e maleducato! Non sono minimamente attenti alle richieste dei clienti! Sconsigliatissimo!!! Sono stata anche accusata dal personale di non voler pagare! Senza neanche aver usufruito dei servizi! Non andate!!!

They asked us for a deposit of 200 Euros to be paid by credit card...! We'll see if they give it back...! It is absolutely not a hotel...! there is no breakfast and the rooms are located far from the check in place...! Young and inexperienced staff...! Cleanliness quite good...! Bare room and without wardrobes...! Instead of bedside tables they put two chairs...! Towels are changed every 3 days...! Excellent location and close to the subway. (Piazza Bovio 22). Housekeeping staff very friendly. Little security because at night someone knocked on the door and upon hearing that we were in the room he ran away without giving any answer..!

I can't say anything negative about the location of the facility, convenient, literally in front of the metro and a few stops from both the station and any other area, reachable even by walking in reverse, I can't say anything positive about the organization and respect towards customers, the various problems in accessing the room were eliminated because it was regulated by a PIN system issued at the time of check in which was not yet active upon our arrival and the arrival of other customers and forced us to move several times from the room to the reception location, upon our arrival we were asked to immediately pay a deposit of €200 euros, strictly by card and not cash, so if already for safety a person leaves with only cash they are screwed but let's move on, the refund of the the deposit had to be paid over the course of 30 working days after 40 days, and following complaints via booking, complaints to the facility and dozens of disconnected phone calls, still no trace of the money... I find such behavior absurd and from what I can read This is a common problem among their customers. However comfortable I was with the area and getting around, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend it.

The rooms have very little to be called 'suites'. The rooms are uncomfortable and in pitiful maintenance conditions, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, on the day the rooms have to be returned they already come knocking at 8 in the morning to kick you out because they have to clean and the access code to the floor no longer works from 9am, but check-in doesn't take place before 3pm! Not recommended.

I don't usually write reviews but this time some strange, and in my opinion unacceptable, things occurred which deserve to be brought to the attention of Agoda (the portal through which I made the booking) and other future potential guests. I booked a room at a truly unbeatable price considering the strategic position and the photos (taken professionally, as in reality they did not reflect the state, at least, of my room in the slightest). On the day of check-in I go to the property address listed on Agoda and to my surprise I discover that the check-in procedure does not take place there, but 1.2 km away. This is not indicated in the slightest either on Agoda or on the building where I was supposed to stay. Having made this discovery, I then go to the address where the check-in procedure takes place, and it is here that 2 more unpleasant surprises await me. I point out that on Agoda it is not reported that the check-in is carried out elsewhere and I am told that it is Agoda's fault for not including this information, they reported it to Agoda. Then I was given a tablet with which to independently carry out the check-in procedure; I then begin to enter all the requested data, when at a certain point a final screen appears requesting a security deposit of €200; on Agoda it is reported that the structure requires a security deposit but it should be specified that the aforementioned deposit is €200, a truly disproportionate amount when compared to the quality of what is present in the room. Never, not even in Singapore, Tokyo or Dubai, in structures of a much higher standard and for a much greater number of nights, have I been asked for €200 as a security deposit. What's even more absurd is that they refuse to accept the security deposit in cash... I wonder, if a deposit is requested with the sole purpose of "covering" any damage to the room, why on earth shouldn't it be accepted in cash? ! The only answer I can think of is that the cash should be returned, immediately, upon check-out; something that maybe they don't want to do. In fact, reading the various reviews online (Google, Booking, Agoda, Tripadivor, etc.) one discovers that a myriad of guests, after contacting the facility dozens of times in vain, had to open a dispute regarding the customer service of the various bookings, agoda, etc. to be able to get your security deposit back after several months (deposit which should be returned within 14 days in case of payment by credit card and up to 30 days in case the same is made with debit or prepaid card; this is what reads from the tablet with which you check in). Had I read the reviews of other guests I would never have booked at this property. I then pay the security deposit of €200 by card and complete the check-in procedure

Stay went pretty well until 3 months after leaving the room, I received NO refund of the deposit. When asking for information they responded within days, referring me every day to another person and at certain specific times. At the end of it all they refunded me the deposit of 200 euros almost 90 days after the stay (which was NOT SPECIFIED ANYWHERE) but ONLY BECAUSE I ASKED. If I hadn't asked they would have kept the deposit without any problems. I'm only sorry because it wasn't the first time I stayed with them, I always felt good and preferred it to other facilities in the area. But unfortunately, given the unpleasant inconvenience, it was the last time and I will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Stay away from this property if you don't want to ruin your holidays. I booked and paid for a room through BOOKING. Shortly before checking in they told me that I would have to pay a deposit of €200 by credit card. I don't have a credit card and I asked to pay the deposit in cash and they told me refused. They then told me that I would lose my stay, having previously paid €100, and if I didn't want to lose it I would have to pay them a difference on the room of €180. A real scam. I lost my stay. Be careful, they are terrible thieves
