The owner is a very caring person. She gave detail information regarding all procedures being taken. From taxi service to facilities.
This place is within a convenient central location to both ferry ports.

we stayed on Saturday and Sunday night in this b&b the positive note is the very central location the negative is that the room was not cleaned or at least in such a way that not even my 9 year old daughter would put the bed up without being made and the sheets not changed, towels were not even changed... this is why I give a low rating

Great place to stay for a short-term in Naples. The room is very clean and the shower is nice! Bed was very comfortable as well and our room was very spacious. Only thing we didn't like about this place was the extra charges - we had to pay extra per night for AC (around 2.50 euro per night) and a water bottle (1 euro). This was the only hotel that charged us extra for AC when we travelled throughout northern and southern Italy. The staff was friendly but not always around unfortunately but thankfully she provided her WhatsApp although she had a tough time speaking english - google translate helped! Location wise we were not a fan as it is far from the station and can be a long walk to main areas in Naples (i.e. Ovo castle, Spaccanapoli etc.). I would also be careful at night - not the safest if travelling alone!

The room was perfect for the family and is right by the Centro Storico.We agreed check in time and were welcomed as agreed I would be happy to stay there again.

Guest house in the University Metro Station area, reachable within walking distance, less than 10 minutes from via Toledo and via dei Tribunali. Quiet area even in the evening.
Clean room, but with some details to improve: shower with yellowed curtain, presence of abundant limescale in the sink area and in the shower, presence of loose silicone, extremely thin and probably worn mattress (laterally it was sloping), very noisy and squeaky bed.
Air conditioning for a fee (€5/day) not communicated at the time of booking via the portal (*******).
Friendly and helpful host also in the luggage storage after check out. Delivery of the room at check in approximately 2 hours earlier than expected.

The strong point of the b&b is its strategic position, as it is close to the center and the metro stop (university). We had 4 people staying, including 2 children and even in the evening we could easily move from the b&b to the center of Naples (via Toledo), where there are shops and various restaurants. As for the structure, at first glance it is not beautiful as you enter a hallway that is not very welcoming but upon entering the corridor of the b&b I must say very nice. The room was tastefully furnished, the only thing I would improve is the bathroom. All in all, in terms of quality and price, I have to say very good. The cleaning lady was immediately kind and helpful. I would stay here again.
