Gemma demonstrated her wonderful hospitality before I left Canada for my stay in Naples. She sent me messages about how to get to places near the city that were difficult to access, tips on local transportation systems and even let me know of a particular Sunday during my stay when many of the sites were free. She was not only there when I arrived to orient me to the premises, she had noticed a glitch in my flight from Rome to Naples. She takes a warm interest in her guests, wants to know how their day was and what they saw and offers help when needed. The room was spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent with a great variety of food and drink offerings for all tastes. The location is really good as well, steps away from 2 important metro lines and the historical centre. I would not hesitate to try to stay at La Gemma again should I travel to Naples and highly recommend it. Vaughn Gillson

Nous avons séjourné chez Gemma durant 4 nuits. C'était tout simplement parfait tant par la gentillesse, la sympathie et le professionalisme de notre hôte. Ses attentions sur nos préférences au petit-déjeuner, ses recommandations de visites et sa disponibilité nous ont conquis. Le B&B est très bien placé, facile d'accès en métro et à bonne distance des points stratégiques des visites. La chambre est spacieuse et c'était très propre. Quand nous reviendrons à Naples, nous retournerons chez Gemma et Fabio, c'est certain !

Gemma was such an amazing host. From helping us navigate Naples to gluten-free recommendations, she went above and beyond to help us. The room was also very spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located on the beautiful Piazza Dante. From the point of booking, she was very communicative and ensure we knew everything we needed to know.

Sono stata in questa struttura con mio marito per 5 giorni. Siamo stati accolti dalla meravigliosa Gemma, titolare dell attività con un cocktail di benvenuto. La gentilezza,professionalità di Gemma ci hanno subito conquistati ,infatti per tutto il periodo è stata sempre disponibile a soddisfare qualunque richiesta o curiosità su Napoli. La struttura è situata nella centralissima Piazza Dante, a due passi dalla fermata della metropolitana . Ha una posizione strategica soprattutto per chi come noi si muove senza auto. Saremo lieti di ripetere l esperienza e di consigliare la struttura ad amici e parenti.

Ik kan iedereen 'La Gemma' aanbevelen. De gastvrouw, Gemma, is zeer attent en zorgt ervoor dat je een zorgeloos bezoek aan Napels en omstreken kan brengen. De B&B is tot in de puntjes verzorgd, en Gemma staat je bij voor al je vragen, al van voor je aankomst. De locatie is ideaal gelegen, op 15 minuten van de luchthaven, pal in het centrum, maar, en dat is belangrijk, toch heel rustig. In 1 zin: een erg knap gerunde B&B door iemand die weet hoe dat moet!

Ambiente familiare, titolare veramente gentile, professionale e sempre pronta a dare indicazioni e consigli e attenta alle esigenze dei clienti... buona pulizia e ottimo servizio in generale...posizione fantastica, all'inizio di via Toledo e al centro storico. Ottimo per chi come noi era senza mezzo di trasporto. Comunque per chi ha bisogno , accanto al b&b postazione taxi e a 2 minuti a piedi fermata metro...consigliatissimo

Ho soggiornato a fine febbraio con mio figlio. Il B&B è situato in una zona centrale, coma per raggiungere tutte le attrattive del centro storico. Gemma è una padrona di casa splendida, gentile, ci ha dato ottimi consigli e indicazioni. La camera super pulita e la colazione buonissima ed abbondate. Peccato essere rimasti solo pochi giorni. La gemma è un ottimo beb! Fa la differenza proprio Gemma,attenta e accogliente in tutto ! Con mio figlio è stata un tesoro, preparandogli anche un dolcetto dedicato il giorno del suo compleanno! Ottimo pulito e colazione più che sufficiente! Inoltre è centralissimo e lontano dai rumori di Napoli essendo situato su una terrazzo panoramico!

Gemma's place is amazing,the location,the facilities and Gemma herself are all outstanding. She is probably the kindest host I have ever met.Everything is on your doorstep and yet the place itself is quiet and peaceful. Will definitely go back.
