This is an outstanding hotel. Starting with Sandra and Francesca, who are exceptional in their professionalism, knowledgeable, courtesy, and warmth. They go the extra mile and more to make your stay wonderful. The hotel was spacious and the breakfast delicious. We had an early flight on the day of departure so they left a nice package of breakfast items in our room the day before. The staff and hotel are 5 star plus!!

la struttura è molto centrale, in un ottima posizione per godersi appieno la città. le camere sono ampie e spaziose, pulitissime ed elegantemente arredate. Colazione con prodotti di primissima scelta. L'accoglienza è davvero oltre le aspettative: Sandra al check-in ha cercato di risolvere qualsiasi richiesta, anche particolare; Antonella ci ha intrattenuti durante la colazione con un'allegria fuori dal comune e dopo aver accontentato tutte le nostra richieste, ci ha anche fatto da guida per la scoperta di qualche aspetto più intimo di Napoli, una persona straordinaria, che avremo spero il piacere di rivedere. SUPER CONSIGLIATO!

Room was spacious, clean, very tasteful decor and modern. Property is located very close to Domo metro station, old town, dinning options and popular attractions
Breakfast was good with variety of fresh fruits, pastries, yogurt and beverages
Kudos to Sandra who went the extra mile to accommodate our schedule. She was very friendly, patient, kind, helpful in accommodating our schedule and provided good tourist attraction advice
This is a hidden gem and is highly recommended for it's great value, location, comfort and staff

Great location, staff was very friendly and detailed when sharing information. They even packed breakfast for us on the last day since we had an early flight. They also arranged a taxi driver to take us to the airport. Clean rooms and walkable to just about all attractions.

Great location... but very sketchy looking from the outside. It turns out that this made it very quaint. You enter an old giant wooden door and retreat to a wonderful modern hideaway. Included breakfast is minimal in scope, but quite adequate. Only complaint was poor communication for how to gain initial access before you have been issued your entry key. We lucked out into tailgating into the common area door with a nice resident woman returning home with groceries. She told us where to go inside the building. I am not sure how things would have gone if she was not there at that moment. Room was great.

The hotel staff was friendly. We were only there 1 night but would stay there again. The room & bathroom were clean & comfortable. It’s located in an area that is walkable to lots of coffee shops & pizza! The elevator is very small but we fit 2 people plus our luggage in it.
