The outside doesn’t look great but once your inside it’s very clean and charming. Host is lovely. I enjoyed my stay and rooms were spacious. Just remind the host when your arriving as we forgot to do this and waited for message to get into property. I would recommend the stay as reasonable priced with breakfast.

Good property in a nice location, very close to the seaside promenade.
Structure externally not "interesting" but internally recently renovated.
Large room and well soundproofed even though it was on the street side.
Here perhaps I would give the bathroom a refresh, you can see that it is relatively new but some details show a bit of neglect (shower tray drain a little slower, limescale
On the edge of the shower cubicle, sink top to be fixed).
Sufficient breakfast
The difference is certainly made by Claudia who is present, courteous, helpful and always smiling.
I will definitely recommend it and if I return to Naples I will definitely come back here.

Environments cleaned every day, comfortable and welcoming. Very kind Claudia always available. Good and plentiful breakfast. Should we return to Naples we will definitely stay here. Area well served by public transport. A few steps from the seafront.

It is close to the water and near some really good restaurants. It is a little bit of a walk to the touristy things, but the walk is along the water , so it's absolutely worth it.

Asked for clean towels and did not get any also room was not cleaned after our first night.Breakfast was nice. We are just used to haveing staff on property

We arrived at Savoy Rivera with no communication on how to get into the building. We arrived during hours that online said they were in the office. No one was there. We had to use the call system to call someone else in the building. Then we couldn’t leave again in fear we wouldn’t be able to get in again.
