Francesca est une hôte charmante, accueillante, disponible, et de bons conseils pour découvrir Naples ! L'endroit est très bien situé, calme, propre, avec tout le charme qu'il se doit, décoré comme un véritable palazzo italien.

Francesca è un'ospite attenta e accogliente; soprattutto la colazione, a base di prodotti tipici e fatti in casa, è stato il punto forte della permanenza a casa12. In generale le stanze sono piuttosto pulite, spaziose e silenziose. Grazie mille per l'ospitalità!

Casa12 est un lieu chaleureux qui repose sur la gentillesse de Francesca, toujours disponible et souriante. Les petits déjeuner valent le détour avec des pâtisseries faites maison. La situation de l’établissement permet de circuler facilement à Naples ! Je recommande vivement pour les voyageurs qui veulent s’immerger dans le Naples authentique. Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana a Napoli. La Casa, con la sig.ra Francesca, donna speciale, hanno fatto si che questi giorni diventassero indimenticabili. Ci ha colpito il senso di appartenenza alla città e alla famiglia, che ormai sono valori rari da ritrovare, rendendo unico tutto il soggiorno. Accogliendoci come figli, ci ha consigliato nel migliore dei modi come vivere la città, cercando di cogliere ogni sua luce. Ci ha altresì incuriosito la storia della Casa stessa, in cui ogni angolo nasconde una racconto, dai mobili ai quadri pittoreschi. Anche il nome "Casa 12" ha suscitato in noi grande emozione. Insomma, un'esperienza che consigliamo di fare a tutti. Speriamo di rivederci presto. Un bacio affettuoso, famiglia Davì da Messina!

Tout était parfait : la situation, l'accueil, le confort... Cet appartement a une âme. On s'y sent Napolitain depuis toujours. Par ailleurs, il est facile de rayonner dans tout Naples, grâce notamment au funiculaire à proximité.

Excellent séjour à tous les niveaux. Le lieu est magnifique. Petit déjeuner fantastique. Très bonne literie. Les conseils de visites et de restaurants étaient excellents et précis. Je recommande ce B&B.

Excellent accueil de Francesca toujours disponible pour les conseils et notamment pour sa culture et sa connaissance de l'histoire napolitaine. Superbes petits déjeuners très équilibrés et raffinés. Le B&B est bien situé à proximité des funiculaires et à l'écart de la foule. C'était notre premier séjour à Naples et nous n'avons pas été déçus: tout était parfait. Merci encore! Georges et Muriel
