We spent one night in this hotel. We were greeted by a very kind and knowledgeable worker called Nadia. She explained how the property worked and showed us a map of the city of Naples and labelled all the tourist spots. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel

Nel complesso la struttura non è male. Do tre stelle perché : bagno senza bidet, stanza piccola, niente armadio , televisore con un solo canale visibile. Tra le note positive: personale gentile, stanza pulita, vicino alla stazione e alla metropolitana e a 15 min. a piedi dal centro, parcheggio in zona e garage convenzionato a pochi passi

Beautiful, clean and quiet hotel. Shuttle service to airport was excellent. The only issue I had was with the MaitreD in the Italian restaurant. I had preordered my dinner and my visa was debited. He came to the table and said I hadn’t paid for it. When I showed him my visa account, he said the charge must be related to checkin, not the dinner and he wasn’t going to “give me a free dinner”. Eventually he went to the administration office and found the meal order had not been uploaded to my account. I insisted on receiving an apology and he added that it wasn’t his fault. The dinner was very nice and the servers were lovely. Unfortunately his attitude and comments spoiled my evening.

Close to train station and bus lines. Area around station was dirty and very busy. Hard to cross streets with many cars, motorcycles and pushy pedestrians. Hotel checked me into wrong type of room. Moved to new room two days later. On last night there was a note on door saying I was given a third room. All my belongings had been packed up without my permission. Lost my bottle of wine. New room a/C not good and balcony door did not work. Not a pleasant experience on the whole.
