Our stay at this hotel (6 nights) was perfect. The hotel is ideally located near the Historical Centre, the Spanish Quarter, the funicular to Vomero, the National Archaeological Museum and not far from the port and the seafront walk. It is also a stone's throw from the Toledo Metro line 1. The bedrooms are clean and well-equipped with the authenticity of a renovated Italian palazzo. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The team at the front desk are professional, proactive and available. The breakfast is really good: choice, freshness, quantity. However, when reserving, you must ask for a quiet room. Our first night was in a noisy room, but we were given another room straight away. We will certainly go back and have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica che permette di accedere con facilità a tutte le attrazioni della città. Il personale si è mostrato cortese, le stanze accoglienti. Carina la cabina ascensore che funziona inserendo delle monetine.

Edificio in pieno centro storico , molto comodo per visitare la città . Il Relais ben risistemato si trova All interno di un cortile in fase di ristrutturazione. Camera molto ampia e confortevole, a parte il primo giorno dell arrivo in cui c era un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno che però il secondo giorno non abbiamo riscontrato. Colazione molto abbondante con prodotti tipici . Personale giovane e gentile , ma non particolarmente accogliente come ci aspettavamo

We loved this hotel! It was very clean and the staff was fantastic! They had great recommendations for resturants. The breakfast they serve is beyond expectations. Naples is an exciting city with so much to see the hotel is in close proximity to many of the highlights. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here next time!

sehr zentrales Hotel direkt an der bekannte Via Toledo. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es dennoch ruhig. Die Zimmer sind gegenüber draussen gut isoliert. Sehr sauber. Das Morgenessen war reichhaltig und sehr frisch. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Badezimmer sind jedoch etwas klein.

We booked 2 rooms with another couple, but they located the other couple at a separate location ( ~ 1 km away from the main Toledo location) and did not communicate this clearly to them. We ended up taking another room at this location. We found the room to be clean but not finished. The free breakfast at the other location consisted of one coffee and one baked item at the next store cafe - no where near the same as the breakfast at the main location. The elevators used to get to the upper floors stalled - we did not use them after the first try.

Convengamos en que Nápoles es una ciudad llena de vida y movimiento. Cada esquina está llena de interacciones, compras, comida rápida, niños jugando, celebraciones, etc. En esa intensidad es útil tener un lugar donde llegar a descansar y desconect****. Relais della Porta es un oasis en una ciudad efervescente. Se encuentra ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, en una de las calles principales, vía Toledo. Se puede llegar desde la estación de trenes a través del metro, bajándose en estación Toledo y caminando algunos minutos. El Relais se encuentra en un antiguo edificio remodelado, con hermosas y artísticas terminaciones, destacándose los frescos del comedor. Desde el Relais es muy fácil conectar a la estación de trenes para tomar el tren a Pompeya, al Museo Arqueológico o caminar un par de minutos hasta el scappa napoli u otros edificios de interés. El desayuno es muy variado y de excelente calidad de ingredientes, con una mención especial a la variedad de pasteles disponibles, que en una ciudad de tradición pastelera como Nápoles se agradece. La disposición y voluntad del personal es excelente, en particular Maurizio, quien es un excelentísimo concierge.
