Abbiamo soggiornato in stanze eleganti e funzionali, abbiamo ammirato la cura delle aree comuni e consumato un'ottima colazione.
Ciliegina sulla torta della "Ciliegina" è stata l'accoglienza di Francesco, il suo garbo e la sua professionalità, nonché la particolare attenzione a gestire le nostre richieste.

This hotel was wonderful! It is very centrally located and within easy walking distance of so much, including the port. The staff is very professional, helpful and gracious. The rooms are comfortable and plenty large. The rooftop view is a plus! The breakfast is quite good and provides lots of choices. We loved our stay!

I liked the location. It was close to the port, the Spanish quarter, and a metro stop. The hotel was quite modern and clean. My room was well equipped and functional. On the roof, there was a pleasant lounge area with a nice view. The breakfast was extensive and fine. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Everything worked well. However, I had a single room and I would not recommend it for anyone with claustrophobia. Lying in bed I could easily touch both walls of the room and the room length was not enormous. Th bathroom was compact but reasonable. The room was adequate for my needs but not everyone would find it comfortable.

Ottima ospitalità. Personale molto gentile e efficiente. La camera era piccola ma con tutti i comfort e arredata con gusto. Bellissima terrazza e ottima posizione. Garage a prossimità. Dottato di ascensori. Arredamento moderno e curato.

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans ce boutique hôtel caché en plein centre de Naples et à proximité du port (compter 15mn à pieds), le point idéal pour partir en excursion sur les îles. L'accueil est chaleureux et convivial, on se sent tout de suite comme à la maison. La chambre était très propre, spacieuse et très agréable. Un petit plus : le rooftop dont la vue est tout simplement magique ! A la fois sur le toit de la Gallerie Umberto et sur le Vesuve avec cerise sur le gâteau un jacuzzi pour se prélasser après avoir marcher des km toute la journée 🤩 Une attention spéciale à Francesco, Andrea et Alfonso qui ont toujours été à notre écoute et qui ont été adorables avec nous. 🫠 Si nous devrions revenir à Naples un jour ce serait sans hésiter à La Ciliegina 🍒

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the roof top jacuzzi and prosecco that came with the room we booked. Also they asked us to preorder breakfast and brought it to the room which worked out well for us. Bag storage during the day we checked out was also a nice bonus. Will definitely come back here when in Naples.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to visit Naples. The location is perfect. It's a short metro ride from the main train station. The main shopping street of Toledo is a block away and Piazza del Plebescito is about 5 minutes away. There are many restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. The port is about 5 minutes walk away too. Service was just excellent. The staff was absolutely wonderful, espesially amazing girl Esraa who was very friendly and helped make our stay very pleasant. Breakfast was nice with great variety of fruits, yoghurt, pastries, eggs and sausages. The rooms were clean, beautifully decorated and the mini bar fully stock with good prices. We enjoyed the lovely rooftop terrace with a hot tub, a view of the city and Vesuvius volcano.

Lovely big rooms, they were clean and modern. Hotel in a great location, easy walk to get the ferry to capri. Terrace was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sun. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend and if I was going back to Naples I would stay again. Thank you.
