Hotel facilities and decorations are out of our expectation! A very stylish and newly furnished hotel. Breakfast was served on the top floor with choice of outdoor sitting, food quality and choices are excellent. Super comfy beds and room size just good. Location is a bit far from city center and around 10-15 min walk to the waterfront or central Chiara. But the stay did compensate the extra walk especially if you want to stay away from the crowds. A well deserved 5 star hotel and worth the price!

The room is very new. It is also very convenient to take a taxi at the hotel entrance, and there are taxis waiting at any time. The sea view room has a beautiful view.

The hotel is in a great location, especially after the renovation, the room has a strong sense of design, large space, clean and tidy, complete items, and warm and friendly service staff. Standing on the balcony of the room, the sea and sky are one color. The restaurant on the top floor has a wide view and rich desserts. I accidentally saw a seagull resting outside the window and pacing on the windowsill. It cooperated with me to take pictures, which added a bit of fun. I drank an extra cup of coffee ☕ I especially like the guy in charge of the restaurant that day, the service was patient and thoughtful!

The deluxe sea view king bed room booked is 30 square meters. After arriving at the store, we were given a room of 20 square meters, the most common room type. Two people could not open their suitcases. I communicated with the front desk and showed the order pictures. The front desk questioned and said that the online pictures should not be the main ones. The attitude was bad and said that if you want to stay in the room type in the picture, you can pay extra. It's off the mark! Later, I contacted Ctrip customer service to solve the problem and added 150 euros. Calculated, it cost 4,000/night. The whole journey was delayed for about an hour and a half. Choose this hotel carefully! Naples is truly an amazing city. It's confusing and unreliable. When taking a taxi, you're basically not charged according to the meter. After the ride is over, you'll almost always be charged for various issues. After staying one night, we quickly fled to Sorrento. . . What's even more outrageous is that three days after leaving the store, I discovered that the deposit deducted from my credit card had not been refunded. . . It is not recommended to stay in this horrible hotel.

The service is very good. Breakfast is on the fifth floor with rich varieties and a wide view of the bay. I upgraded to a sea view room and was very lucky to see the sunrise. The room is small and a bit cramped, but the sound insulation is very good.

Because I was extremely dissatisfied with the hotel in Naples I originally booked through Ctrip, I decided to change to this hotel on the spur of the moment. I stayed for three nights in a row and spent a lot of extra money. The sea view room in the hotel has a very good view, but the room is too small and does not even have a table or chairs. This is unacceptable for one of the best luxury five-star hotels in the area.

The hotel is generally average and relatively old. We booked a room with a harbor view. The area is small and the luggage is not easy to store. It does not match the picture. The restaurant on the top floor has mediocre products, but the scenery is very good. The strange thing is that when we dined in the hotel restaurant, the meal fee was charged to the room account. The hotel used our credit card to pre-authorize the meal fee of 116 euros in the middle of the night. Later, I asked Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel was worried that our credit card limit was not enough when we checked in. Really Speechless, staying in a room worth hundreds of euros for one night, the hotel is actually worried that we can't afford the meal fee of 116 euros. If you just go to the ancient city of Pompeii, you can call a taxi back and forth at the entrance of the hotel, and wait in Pompeii for two hours at a cost of 100 Euros. It is best to ask a tour guide at the door to visit the ancient city of Pompeii. The tour guide here is very professional, and the explanation is detailed and serious. It costs 150 euros once, which is very worthwhile.

Very satisfied with the stay in this 5-star hotel. Very spacious room and fantastic breakfast overlooking the Gulf of Naples, stupendo. Staff helpful and very professional. Location not in the center but with a walk you can reach it anyway.

Great Rooftop Bar with a nice view over Neapel. But the bar is very expensive.
