The hotel is of a good size, but it is too far from the city center. There is nothing there. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi. The service is OK

It is not a 5 star hotel. Not even 4. The manager's trea**ent is unacceptable. They tried to give us a room worse than what we paid for. Only with Trip's intervention did they fix it for us.
A cheap ornament (see photo) that they had on the nightstand broke and they made me pay for it (€20). The Hotel is inaccessible for people with reduced mobility: 14 steps until you reach the elevator. Low quality food. Cold scrambled eggs and hardly any fruit. The spa is very expensive and not included in the hotel. Also inaccessible: 12 steps. There are no common spaces to be outside the room. Just a couple of sofas at the entrance and in a corridor.

Hotel sorprendente , camere grandi e ben arredate , pulizie continue in tutto l’albergo , colazione con tanti prodotti tipici , personale disponibile e sempre sorridente , non propriamente economico ma in linea con il prodotto offerto , consigliato .

Per motivi di lavoro avevo necessità di alloggiare vicino alla fiera d’oltremare e una ricerca web mi ha portato a scoprire questo hotel e così ho prenotato . Una volta arrivato la struttura da fuori mi ha lasciato un po’ titubante , specialmente se ci si aspetta un 5 stelle così come era indicato sul sito . Una volta entrato , già sembrava diverso , la hall era sicuramente curata nell’arredamento e nel servizio , un po’ troppe cose , soprammobili , quadri , statue … tutto troppo caotico ma la struttura non era male . La camera non era molto grande ma anche questa curata nel design funzionale , presenti tutte le amenities e molto pulita , il bagno la cosa migliore , spazioso , doccia grande e soprattutto nessun soprammobile ! Il balconcino comodo ma molto piccolo , pessima la vista . Purtroppo anche la camera piena di quadri e soprammobili ma il letto comodo . Il giorno dopo la colazione servita in un ristorante dall’arredamento alquanto freddo e di gusto un po’ datato ma comunque funzionale , sull’offerta della colazione direi sufficiente ma con ampio margini di miglioramento. Per concludere , la struttura all’interno non sarebbe male anche se sovra accessorista , ottima la pulizia ma la cosa più valida e’ il personale sempre gentilissimo e molto professionale . L’hotel non è assolutamente un 5 stelle ma e’ un 4 stelle dignitoso . E’ un hotel che consiglio se si ha la necessità di alloggiare vicino alla fiera d’oltremare o vicino allo stadio Maradona

Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu séjourné dans cet établissement car nous avions réservé le jour du tour d'Italie de cyclisme. Les routes étaient toutes bloquées et nous n'avons pas pu accéder à cet hôtel, nous avions réservés plusieurs chambres, et regrettons de ne pas avoir été mis au courant par l'hôtel qu'il aurait fallu arriver avant 13:00 soit avant que la ville ne bouclent toutes les routes pour sortir de l'auto-route afin d'atteindre l'hôtel. Nous les avons appelés afin de les informer que nous ne pouvions pas accéder, le réceptionniste nous a indiqué de sortir à la prochaine sortie qui se trouvaient à plus de 30 km de la ville sans être trop préoccupé par notre "galère".... De plus, il n'a plus répondu à nos autres appels au moins 5x sans succès. Nous avons trouvés dommage ce manque de professionnalisme et d'informations que nous aurions pu recevoir par avance.

Je verwacht het niet, tussen alle hoogbouw woningen staat dit hotel. Zeer luxe ontvangst en mooi en modern ingericht. Mooie kamers, voorzien van zeer goede bedden. Parkeergarage in de buurt als die van het hotel vol zit. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In het restaurant hadden we een hele aardige ober die ons hielp met het kiezen van wijn en het eten. Ontbijt is prima, veel gebakjes, heerlijke sapjes.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, car pick-up and valet service (it is always difficult to find parking), even if it is not in the central area with the subway in 3 stops you are in the centre. I expected a little more from breakfast, being a 5 star hotel, perhaps more local foods.
