The room is large and the location is excellent. It is very close to the subway, only 3 minutes away, and very close to Via Toledo. You can enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the Bay of Naples on the top floor during breakfast.

The best hotel in the old district of Naples, just next to the Toledo Metro Station, it is a new district in the old district and very close to several attractions in the historical center. The room is large. The breakfast buffet is on the top floor of the hotel (10th floor). The scenery is beautiful and you can see Mount Vesuvius. The breakfast is delicious.

We have just returned from a long weekend in Naples and having visited before, this hotel is a real find. Located within easy reach of shops, restaurants and drop off points for excursions. The staff were fabulous (thank you for the birthday cake and the bellinis!) and for the restaurant recommendation, it was the best spaghetti vongole I've ever eaten. Would definitely come back.

Hotel tres confortable et très bien situé, proche du centre historique, à deux pas du quartier des espagnols et de la station de métro Toledo. Belle déco , sobre et contemporaine. Le dernier étage est occupé par une salle de restaurant et un bar donnant sur une belle terrasse avec vue panoramique. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables certaines bénéficient d une terrasse privative. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Le rapport qualité prix reste cependant un peu exagéré...

je ne me retrouve pas dans les dernières évaluations, mais rejoins celle de septembre 2023. L’hôtel est très bien placé à deux pas de la station Toledo. la chambre que j’ai eue était vieillotte, la salle de bain bien que fonctionnelle n’est pas de première fraîcheur, grosses traces de griffure au fond de la baignoire dù certainement au pommeau de douche qui a du tomber de nombreuses fois. la chambre est propre. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Il est rare que le personnel dise bonjour lorsque vous passez devant la réception, ils vous regardent pourtant droit dans les yeux, vous les saluez et ne disent rien gentil attention pour mon anniversaire, ils m’ont livré un petit gâteau. alors que j’étais toute l’après-midi en chambre, pourquoi le livrer à 19h15 lorsque nous sortions manger, d’autant plus que le mini (même vide…) ne permettait pas de l’y mettre. Pourquoi la climatisation se met en permanence en marche, même lorsque l’on la met en STOP….

La mia esperienza al Grand Hotel Oriente é stata eccellente. Merita appieno 5 stelle. Si trova in una posizione strategica, a due passi dalla stazione della metro "Toledo" - una delle più belle al mondo. Raggiungibile a piedi il centro storico, artistico e culturale di Napoli. Il Grand Hotel Oriente offre in generale un ottimo servizio. Camere ampie e pulite, possibilità di parcheggio nel seminterrato, bella terrazza con vista panoramica fruibile a colazione o per un aperitivo o per cena. La colazione é varia e ricca; buoni sia gli aperitivi sia il ristorante. Il personale gentile, disponibile, affabile. Punto di forza la reception: il personale risolve qualsiasi problema sempre con il sorriso, si prodiga per migliorare il soggiorno, dà ottimi suggerimenti per guide turistiche, accompagnatori e autisti per visitare la città di Napoli e i dintorni. Assolutamente da consigliare.
