The hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

This hotel is in old historical building, the location is pretty good to visit the old Naples, near Duomo, and some other nice spots, unfortunately the hotel was not renovated, so the rooms and so on are not so nice as before.
The staff is kind and the breakfast is pretty good.

An excellent hotel in a controversial but very colorful area of Naples. Excellent varied breakfast. We had an anniversary and the hotel staff gave us a bottle of sparkling wine and upgraded the room. If we are in Naples again, we will definitely stay there.

Naples itself is a place where there are many illegal immigrants, beggars, and black people, and garbage is all over the place, so beginners will be very surprised. The MGallery Hotel is a very old building, so it has some charm, but the service of the staff is completely bad and the rooms are too small. There are too many inconveniences for travelers such as shower water pressure and heater.

Palazzo storico molto sontuoso nel centro di Napoli, spazi comuni ben curati e d’impatto a partire dalla hall, veramente molto bella. Il personale alla reception e’ giovane e gentile così come la sorridente ragazza che si occupa delle colazioni. Dopo queste promettenti premesse, arriviamo alla stanza, sicuramente spaziosa ma spartana e molto fredda. L’’arredamento non è all’altezza di un Hilton spero lo rinnovino. Abbiamo fatto presente alla reception che faceva molto freddo, ma ci hanno risposto che avevano già convertito gli impianti e che non potevano immaginare che sarebbe tornato l’inverno! (Capisco il punto ma di certo il soggiorno non è stato confortevole). La colazione è semplice rispetto ad altri Hilton dove sono stata, con prodotti tipici, uova e frutta,
