My wife and I spent 3 nights here on a city break at the end of April. The hotel is small and friendly, and the staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. We were given a ground floor twin room, we'd asked for a double on the upper floors - despite trying we couldn't be moved. Having said that it didn't make a lot of difference - the room was clean and well presented, as was the en-suite. The maid was in every day. Location wise is a 30 second walk to the sea front, there are bars and restaurants nearby, and it's a 5 minute walk to the main square. We had a fabulous trip and we'd highly recommend the hotel.

Clean, well run hotel with good location. Exceptional staff who were efficient and friendly. I had to change my plans at the last minute and they could not have been more helpful.

Brilliant location, lots of great restaurants just ong the Lungomare or Castel d'Ovo. The staff in the hotel are exceptional, helpful, informative. Breakfast was well stocked and delicious. The rooms kept very clean, fresh linen and comfy beds. Yes, it's abit noisy but to be expected in a city hotel and usually died down after midnight. All in all we would definitely stay here again.
