The location is right smack in the historic centre but is down an alley so is hard to find as we arrived late at night. The check in is also a prob as they contacted us separately to get our hp no via email and we had to whatsapp our passport to them which we felt uncomfortable as there was no one at the hotel to check you in. Lastly they were missing a pillow when we checked out prob due to their own housekeeping issues but they were asking if we took the pillow which is ridiculous as we were on a one day trip from rome and only carried 1 smallest bagpack totally unable to fit any pillow. They shld have checked the cctv or questioned their housekeeping before asking the guest. Who takes pillow at this day and age really!

Sehr schön eingerichtete, zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Sauber, alles funktioniert. Die liebevolle Einrichtig und das grosszügige Bad geben einen wunderbaren Kontrast zur Hektik der Stadt ab. Die Schallisolation ist gut, so dass man auch in dieser belebten Gegend einen ruhigen Rückzugsort findet. Müsste ich einen negativen Punkt nennen, so wären dies die sehr harte Matratze und der unglaublich langsame Lift der zum Appartement führt.

Io e il mio fidanzato siamo stati a It’s Room a S. Valentino. Nel pieno tran tran del centro antico di Napoli a zero passi dalle maggiori attrazioni della città. Non potevo scegliere di meglio, è stato un soggiorno bellissimo. La camera San Gregorio è magica e la consiglio vivamente.

Siamo stati a gennaio io e la mia famiglia, siamo rimasti contentissimi e sorpresi dal clima che si respira in questa struttura. Il comfort e il relax ne fanno da benessere. Il personale disponibile e affabile nell’accontentare ogni nostra richiesta. Il titolare anche se non c’è stata l’occasione di incontrarlo è sempre stato disponibile su Whatsapp in ogni occasione. Le nostre camere erano dotate di ogni, in più c’erano i caricabatterie wireless sulle scrivanie che li ho trovati così comodi. It’s Room è una vera bomboniera.

Struttura incantevole in un palazzo appena ristrutturato , in pieno centro centro storico. La pulizia era impeccabile e camera accogliente e luminosa. Un posto bellissimo dove trascorrere un rilassante soggiorno. Ci tornerò sicuramente

Un b&b carino all’interno di un edificio vecchio del centro storico. Io non avevo capito si trattasse di un b’b perché a onor del vero nel sito non è specificato. La nostra camera era piuttosto fredda all’arrivo e abbiamo Dovuto accendere il calorifero che è quello dell’aria condizionata ogni giorno perché non sono ambienti riscaldati. La camera non aveva un buon odore. Il bagno è carino pulito ma FREDDO!! Non c’è riscaldamento! La zona è silenziosa unica pecca al nostro arrivo il proprietario che vive esattamente alla porta a fianco, faceva serata con degli amici ed alla mia richiesta di avere silenzio (erano le 22) mi ha risposto che fino alla mezzanotte si può fare rumore. Premesso che non è vero, però l’orario sono le 22 del silenzio fino alla 8, non è stato per nulla diplomatico ne elegante come risposta. Per fortuna poi hanno avuto la decenza di fare abbastanza silenzio. Nel complesso lo consiglio se cercate un b&b ma non in inverno!

The stuff was very unfriendly, we didn't get the code for the door. He didn't pick up our phone call. We had to write an e-Mail and wait another 20 minutes 'till he arrived. At the end, when we already were back home he wanted the city tax (should check that in advance). He wanted more, than from ebookers was commended. Never agan!
