We stayed for a week in a family room. Contrary to what we thought, this establishment does not have the standard of a hotel. It is actually the municipal swimming pool and gym in which there are a few rooms. The spaces are noisy, the rooms poorly soundproofed and there are swimming lessons in the only pool. The swimming pool hours are not suitable for the hotel but for people coming to take Aqua gym and swimming lessons. The staff is just pleasant and polite. I advise you not to come across the night watchman who does not speak to you, is not polite and courteous. This person should change jobs. The breakfast buffet remains mediocre, if not zero (lack of choice, the yogurts are not kept cool, the orange juice is chemical, dry croissants, etc.) And you must like the apricot jam otherwise nothing there. The room is not suitable for having a pleasant time. The tables are set up in the hall next to the entrance. This establishment deserves 2/5 just for its location in the historic center and close to the shops, seaside and restaurants.

Structure in the historic center of Naples a few meters from the cloister of Santa Chiara and in the heart of Naples. Convenient for travel. Mixed sports and hospitality structure but which fails on several things. Minimal and basic rooms (but not the price), very small bathroom and very inconvenient location of the toilets. Rough cleaning (dirty windowsill, dirty curtain, runner on the bed full of lint). Breakfast absolutely not up to the asking price. Products and variety from half-star hotels.

This hotel is a gym with rooms. We chose it to take advantage of the swimming pool which is actually only accessible to hotel guests for 1 hour in the morning from 7 to 8 a.m. and in the evening from 8 to 9 p.m. The rooms are large but cold, there is a smell of sewage, the bathroom is dated with a very small shower, moldy with the shower walls in very poor condition. In the morning the gym music starts at 8 a.m. and there is chatter in the hallways from 7 a.m. WiFi works 1 day out of 3. Frugal breakfast with disgusting orange juice. The person in charge of breakfast makes homemade juices for the athletes. For residents it is extra. Its only positive point is the location in the historic district, although noisy, and the kindness of the people at reception and at breakfast. It's way too much to pay. Very disapointed

Enormous room, pristine clean, quiet street. Only downside was the inadequate bedside lights impossible to read by. Several exercise rooms and an olympic size swimming pool on site. Continental breakfast. Great location in historic centre close to restaurants and activities. The staff are first class and a special shout goes to Claudio who tracked the backpack I left in our taxi to the station and got the driver to deliver it. Would have caused considerable problems as we were travelling to Sicily that day. Thanks again Claudio

Great location to stay in as it’s close to restaurants, shops and places to see. There is a swimming pool but it is only open at certain times during the day as they use it for swimming lessons.
The room was big with a huge terrace. The bed could have been a bit bigger than the double bed.

A pig in lipstick is still a pig. Horrible hotel. There is absolutely NO AIR CIRCULATING - desk controls the air both temp AND it staying on. The room was hot & stale. Immediately went back to front desk & they pretended to fix it. Returned at almost 11 pm to a hot room. Over 30 min of up & down to end up with a fan because there are no individual controls. I have severe allergies & asthma - unacceptable. The dishonesty is even more infuriating. Room is basic & worn. Toikey seat is stained yellow/brown. Solo traveler, 3 threadbare, yellowed towels & the smallest bar of soap I’ve ever seen. Pillows are flat. Floor is stained, walls are scuffed. Finally, from a safety standpoint, it is an absolute no! Lobby & halls are completely dark. How can you not have overhead lights on in public areas? No keys - elevator is controlled with a code they give you as is your room lock. No secondary interior lock - anyone working at hotel has access to your code. Does not feel safe. Terrible experience- I’d give zero stars if I could

Great location, and our room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included but pretty basic. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for all of the sites of central Napoli, everything in the old city is within walking distance. It's always good to escape the very touristy centre and walk to the markets and streets that locals frequent.

We stayed for four nights here during our European holiday and the facilities and staff were excellent! Sonia from the front desk was extremely helpful in organising taxis and minding our bags while we explored the islands. The breakfast in the mornings was great, just what you need, and pretty healthy too, a boiled egg, cappuccino made by the barista and yogurts, fruit was perfect. The swimming pool was a bonus and I did use it a couple of times to swim laps which was refreshing during the heatwave we experienced. Modern and clean, and great location to historic part of Naples, will definitely use again.

Simply perfect: central, clean and equipped with every comfort, even more so because it has an Olympic swimming pool and gym, good breakfast, I also recommend it because it is strategic, it is in the historic center but in a quiet alley and ideal for resting.
