Very good B&B in the centre of Naples between the historic area and the Spansh district. We were very well looked after by Gianluca who gave us all the advice we needed to visit Naples. The room was clean and the breakfast in the street bar allows you to enjoy the atmosphere of the city.

We stayed in Naples for 4 nights, from 24 to 28 April 2024. Beautiful experience. Palazzo della Porta is located in Via Toledo, which is truly the beating heart of the city. Gianluca is very kind, always available and reachable by telephone. He also booked the central station-B&B transfer for us, and we checked in at 10pm, without any problems! When you walk through the door, all external noises disappear: it's like entering a parallel world! The apartment is very clean, modern and recently renovated!! clean sheets and towels. For breakfast, everything you need is left in the kitchen, so that it can be prepared directly in the apartment: milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, croissants and cake. There is air conditioning, which can also be transformed into a hot air convector. There is also a hairdryer.

I stayed in this B&B during my stay in Naples. The new structure is located in a strategic position, close to the Toledo metro and not far from Piazza del Plebiscito. Gianluca, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. I always had breakfast at the bar under the accommodation and the bar staff was also very friendly. Real compliments to those like Gianluca who give you the opportunity to discover the beautiful city of Naples. I will return for sure. Alexei

Very nice clean room in a central location. The host was very welcoming and informative, we had a balcony over looking the main road. The noise from the road did not disrupt our sleep. The bed was comfortable and there is tea/coffee:water in the hallway for guests to use. Would recommend.

We stayed at this B&B during our stay in Naples. The facility was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and comfy. The apartment was well stocked. Gianluca, the owner, was very friendly and showed us the typical places in Naples. We always had breakfast at the bar in front of the accommodation, included in the price. The bar staff were also very friendly and kind to us. The location is truly excellent. As soon as we left the apartment we immediately found ourselves close to a metro and a street full of shops. We will return for sure.

We stayed at the apartment in via Toledo 55, excellent structure, clean, spacious and located in a perfect area. The very kind and helpful owner gave us information on the best places to visit/go to eat. We recommend it for an excellent stay in the center of Naples!!

First time in Naples, we stayed two nights in this excellent B&B. In a historic building on via Toledo, a strategic position for visiting the city on foot. Close to the Spanish Quarter, near the Toledo metro station, ten minutes on foot and you are in Piazza Plebiscito and on the seafront, about fifteen minutes and you are in the historic centre, S. Gregorio Armeno and the Duomo. Modern, large and functional rooms, breakfast served in a bar in the building, excellent quality/price ratio. Possibility of transfers to and from the airport at an affordable price. A special thank you to Gianluca, kind and helpful, who welcomed us upon our arrival. What more can I say? Naples definitely worth seeing again, with a base at the B&B Palazzo della Porta... Recommended!
