On my annual trips to Ischia, I like to stop off in Naples. The Mercure Hotel is particularly suitable for this as it is very close to the boat dock where I continue my journey.
I love sitting on the hotel's breakfast terrace with my friends or relatives who are travelling with me, overlooking the harbor and the city's sights, and enjoying the very good breakfast.

Very good stay, the hotel is well located and the staff is very welcoming.
The only problem is that in the bathroom the shower screen does not completely close the area. As a result, even if you are careful when taking a shower, the entire bathroom is flooded.

The front desk of the hotel is very poor, the English is very bad, and they don't take the initiative to explain that the mini bar can be used for free. Just simply put in the room card and sent it away. The hardware of the hotel is very old. Although the location is good, it is really not recommended to live here.

Hôtel idéalement situé, propre et agréable. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue mais il est très bien insonorisé et nous n'avons rien entendu. Petit déjeuner moyen et cher pour l'offre de produits mais avec possibilité de le prendre sur la terrasse ce qui est très agréable. Nous avons été déçu par l'accueil. A notre arrivée la réceptionniste s'occupait d'une cliente et a fait notre check in et paiement en nous laissant debout au lieu de nous faire patienter et de finir avec le client précédent. Elle a également essayé de nous dissuader de prendre le late check out que nous avions pourtant réservé et payé. Ce départ tardif semble leur avoir posé problème car le jour de notre départ nous avons senti qu'il n'attendait qu'une chose : que nous partions.

Localização otima. É possivel ir caminhando a todos os pontos turisticos de interesse. Há varios bons restaurantes nas proximidades do hotel. O cafe da manha é servido num salão com uma bela vista, de frente para o castelo. Funcionários prestativos e eficientes

E' situato a 100 metri dal Maschio Angioino e da Piazza Municipio, quindi dal centro di Napoli, a 5 minuti dal Porto Molo Beverello per le isole, nonchè al 50 metri dall'uscita della fermata Municipio della Metro 1. La posizione è invidiabile, perfetta, per visitare la città o per prendere i traghetti per le isole. La struttura offre stanze comode, pulite, con un letto molto comodo per riposare, nel bagno è presente asciugacapelli, specchio ingrandente, prodotti per l'igiene Nuxe, doccia e bidet. Da migliorare l'insonorizzazione delle stanze, il rumore continuo del traffico di Via De Pretis è poco attenuato. La colazione è adeguata ed offre buoni prodotti, peccato che la macchina del caffè tradizionale non è sempre disponibile, per cui rimane quella fai da te, i cui prodotti, caffè o cappuccio, non sono male..... All'ingresso vi è anche una palestra. La cortesia, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff sono encomiabili. Per un 4 stelle contano i particolari....ed ecco perchè la valutazione è da 4 pallini e non 5....
