Suite Napoli Riviera B&B

Stanza pulitissima e comoda, bagno dotato di tutto ciò che serve. Lo stabile è quasi fronte mare, appena si esce dal portone si viene inondati dalla bellezza della Riviera di Chiaia. Unica cosa: non è un b&B, quindi no colazione. C'è macchina caffè con cialde e bicchieri, acqua ma colazione no. Ovviamente non c'è una reception 24h.

The stay at the Suite turned out to be a good one: Luciano welcomed us and supported us very kindly. The room was clean and welcoming. The strategic location. Discounted parking nearby. Naples so nothing to complain about.... even if the breakfast service is temporarily suspended.

If I could give 0 I would give 0. I contacted a facility that told me they no longer had room in the same facility but that they had room in another facility... That is this one. The kind lady tells me that she will book the rooms for me and that I should have provided my details to receive the confirmation email with the payment details... never received. Hours pass, I ask my colleague for information and the lady gave me the number, but no response. I urge the lady and she tells me that I will receive everything by the afternoon... Then by evening to rest assured that the rooms are booked.. Instead I receive nothing. The next day I contacted the lady who reassured me by saying that the ghost colleague would write to me shortly. Still nothing and Naples for the holidays given the sold out I was in a bit of a hurry to receive confirmation since there were no other hotels to be found. The lady reassured me that I would have received the email by the afternoon... Nothing. Write to the colleague, nothing.... So I contact the lady who promptly responds and says but how the colleague doesn't respond?! I attach screenshot...and magically the colleague appears saying only "it's not possible.........." To which I ask what?! No response I communicate it to the lady saying that we're already off to a bad start and I don't trust her and she also resents me saying that I've now lost the rooms because she's not interested in customers like that. I tell her that because of them I have lost other reservations who have absurd behavior, she even gets angry and disappears. Well fortunately there are those who know how to do their job. Who is not a ghost but is kind and courteous and gave me 2 splendid rooms and not with fake photos as per the booking profile. The reviews on Google are the real ones. Be wary and turn to professionals.

It was difficult to find. The area was not quite the nicest, but when we got into the room and the hotel everything was very clean and nice. Incredibly good service

I booked a one-night stay for a weekend in March in December (for a Chris**as present) at a really great price. I asked the property if I could change the weekend, I imagined it wasn't possible but I tried to ask since I had problems with my dog. The property instead replied that it was possible, I imagined it was offering me an alternative weekend but instead it immediately sent me the cancellation request to be accepted on booking. Seeing that there were no other weekends available, I asked the structure for clarification also because I would have easily gone that weekend without problems if there had not been the possibility of moving. The owner's responses shocked me, rudeness and anti-professionalism skyrocketing. I no longer even enjoyed staying at their facility so I canceled. Obviously there can be misunderstandings when doing this job, but they are definitely not resolved in this way. Furthermore, I lost the reservation and the gift given to my family and I am truly sorry. Absolutely not recommended due to rudeness and unprofessionalism. Every now and then you have to admit mistakes in life!

After three days and two nights (800€ 3 rooms 2 days) spent in that structure I still haven't found the Suite. The great Mr. Luciano on the phone and also from the booking site had made us believe that it was a structure at the level of a 5-star hotel. What did we find instead? A half-renovated apar**ent, doors from the 1960s, towel change every now and then, breakfast? Yes, of course, in a partner bar. Because in that structure there wasn't even a breakfast room, nor a receptionist. In short, an apar**ent that only has the price of a hotel. Is it a B&B? So why is he charging €230 for a room? Why is it named as a hotel on Booking? With misleading images to say the least. I'm sorry, terrible experience, huge disappoin**ent and unjustified price. Far from the metro and the center.
