Staff friendly large rooms.Did not like that there are no shower doors, apparently all their showers do not have doors. Bed was very hard. Cleaning was done daily and very well.

I got bitten by bedbugs all over my face and arms and legs. When I contacted the property they admitted via text msgs that they had complaints of people being bitten but just had the apar**ent inspected. Well they were wrong as I stayed there and have pics that I sent over to them showing the bites. I was miserable while in Naples itchy and bumps all over my face. They moved me over to another room but this ruin my vacation and I have to have all my things cleaned before I can bring them into my house and the bites on my face are healing and leaving dark spots all over my face that I will see a dermatologist about. The apar**ent is unwilling to give me a full refund. ******* state they can't assist. This is totally an unhealthy standard by this property. I hope I can clean my items properly to avoid a home infestation.

The reception was very friendly, offering us coffees and waters while our room was being cleaned. We also really appreciated the waters and drinks available for purchase. We stayed for 2 nights and it was located very close to the major train stations. The rooms were clean and modern. Only complaint is that our AC sounded like a car engine, but it worked really well.

Not so much a hotel but more an air b&b. Basic apar**ent in need of maintenance. Suffering from staff shortages so no rooms made on arrival / next day. But good location and clean.

Very friendly welcome, very pretty common areas. Our room had no window (just a tiny skylight). There was mold and therefore a fairly strong smell, it was impossible to ventilate the room. I will not recommend this place because of the room alone.

We stayed as a family of 6 in the large apar**ent. We had plenty of space and the kitchen gave us the opportunity to make light meals ourselves. The location close to the harbor and city center provided optimal opportunities to explore the city. We will at any time recommend others to book Be Italian Flat Duomo!
