We had a very good stay. It was two blocks away from the train and bus central station (1 block from Piazza Garibaldi), super convinient. At night it´s not the best area but it was safe. Great neibourhood to buy and eat on a budget but not the best option if you want to chill. The room was bright with big windows and the bathroom too, with a mini balcony, very napolitan and lovely!
There was a weird strong smell from the sulfur but i´ve heard that´s normal in Napoli.
Very nice and helpful staf, everybody was lovely.
A little oasis from the great noise outside the hotel! Recomend!

Start with the only positive, room was ok and clean. The entire experience was horrible. The staff was rude, not handicap friendly and location is sketchy. It’s like being in Bangladesh. Lots of drunk passed out guys in front of the hotel. Super loud. We booked through a travel agent and they will definitely know not to send anyone else here. $186 a night was a rip off. Oh, and before you sit down to eat breakfast, you should know that it is only free if you book directly through them. It is not free if you book with ******* or Travelocity and obviously booking agent. They will tell you after you start eating. Horrible!!!

Per la nostra ultima notte a Napoli scegliamo questa struttura per l’accessibilità ai mezzi pubblici( arriviamo dal porto e ripartiamo la mattina dopo con l’aereo) e il fatto che sia rimodernato. L’albergo risponde assolutamente alle nostre aspettative. Molti bus a Garibaldi , in piazza Firenze e in piazza Cavour. La camera molto moderna e confortevole ( solo l’acqua non molto calda la mattina) Lo staffi preciso e gentile. L’unico neo è la zona che non da un grande senso di sicurezza e la poca offerta di ristorante tipici nelle vicinanze.

Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo,personale cordiale e organizzato. La struttura è stata ristrutturata da poco,molto luminosa,pulita e piacevole. La colazione è molto semplice,consiglio di provarla direttamente in un bar tipico napoletano.

Che schifo!!! Prenotiamo 3 camere doppie, ci chiedono il pagamento anticipato (e ci fa strano), una volta entrati nelle stanze scopriamo il peggio che ci sia mai capitato nella vita! Abbiamo anche chiamato la polizia e nonostante le ragioni da parte ns, non ci hanno voluti rimborsare. Per dormire tranquilli, decidiamo di andare a dormire in un'altra struttura perché a parte lo sporco, si sentiva una puzza di fogna assurda nei bagni di uno sgradevole inaudito! Inutilizzabili. Ad ora abbiamo una causa legale in corso con questa gente solo perché ci faremo rimborsare tutto al centesimo. VEDETE LE FOTO CHE VI ALLEGO E VALUTATE VOI!

Hotel consigliatissimo! Camere nuovissime dotate di tutti i comfort e soprattutto pulitissime. Letto king side climatizzatore regolabile cassaforte, microbar, bollitore con te o caffè solubile, doccia grande, phon, prodotti per la doccia (cuffie, bagnoschiuma). Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Una menzione speciale per la receptionist Maria Antonietta gentilissima e molto disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente

Ottimo Hotel in zona Stazione. Camere perfettamente ristrutturate e pulite. Bagno confortevole e minibar a completa disposizione. Zona strategica per Treni e Metro. Favolosa la colazione con molti prodotti sia dolci che salati che ripecchiano il territorio. Un complimento particolare alle due ragazze che presidiano la sala colazioni che sono simpatiche e disponibili. Un grazie per il bellissimo soggiorno.

Even with 2 people, the neighbourhood was shall we say, intense. I wouldn’t walk alone at night. The room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly.
