L'hotel è situato in pieno centro al terzo piano di un palazzo storico. Le camere sono ampie, luminose con letti molto comodi e arredamento di buon gusto curato nei dettagli. Staff cordiale e molto disponibile. Colazione a buffet abbondante con vasta gamma di freschi prodotti tipici. Sono molto soddisfatta anche della pulizia degli ambienti. L'hotel è al terzo piano di un palazzo fatiscente. Bollitore in stanza pieno di calcare e arrugginito; cambiato con un secondo non funzionante. Materasso scomodo (due materassi singoli non bene uniti). Arredi scomodi e datati. Pulizia approssimativa (v. foto dei tappetini di plastica davanti alla doccia a vista; una zanzara spiaccicata in bagno). Stanze non insonorizzate; si sentono le persone che parlano nelle altre camere e la TV. Colazione presentata sul sito come molto curata invece davvero scadente (confronta la foto di quella realmente offerta con con quella proposta sul sito), servita in un ambiente privo di luce naturale e aerazione, accanto al bagno di servizio. Sarebbe meglio non proporla. Sorprendente e incredibile la classificazione a quattro stelle. In realtà ne meriterebbe al massimo due. L’unica cosa che si salva è la posizione: ma non giustifica comunque i 250€/notte per una camera di 15 mq.

Hotel in una posizione centrale con stazioni metro vicine ma è possibile trovare anche tanti negozi e posti dove mangiare,hotel con personale qualificato e sempre molto disponibile e attento agli ospiti , molto pulito , camera luminosa e anche la colazione è squisita . lo consiglio vivamente .

Ho soggiornato per due notti in una camera con balcone, vista su via Toledo e un comodissimo letto matrimoniale. Mi ha colpito la tranquillità trasmessa sia dall' interno che dall' esterno. Fin dall'arrivo il personale è stato molto gentile e accogliente per qualsiasi informazione sulla città. La prima colazione è stata ricchissima sia con cibi dolci che salati. Posizione eccellente per tutti i monumenti o luoghi turistici: vicino a VIA Toledo, quartieri spagnoli, piazza Plebiscito e il Maschio Angioino. Lo consiglio

It's not a Boutique Hotel but a small, only one floor of the building, old hotel to be refurbished. On internet you can find pittures old, room and building condition are worse. I've found bed sheets of 2 colour: they should be white but internally they are yellow.....Good positio for the city center but you can find something better at the same price.

The staff was really kind and friendly, the location is very good, but the hotel is not on a good condition. We had no hot water for one day, the room is old, the breakfast is poor.

The room was modern and comfortable.
Even though our room was facing Via Toledo, whem we closed the window, it was very quiet.
On arrival, it was very hard to find the hotel. There isn't a big sign of the hotel name. We had to call the reception for help. I accept from a 4 star hotel to arrange a proper sign to help the guests finding the hotel.
Breakfast: i can't even call it a continental Breakfast. The breakfast included small pieces of baguette, small pieces of cheese, small slices of salamy, several cakes that weren't eateble. From the second morning we had our breakfast outside. If the category is 4 star hotel, the hotel can't serve this kind of breakfast.

Hotel bem localizado, perto da Via Toledo, porém em um prédio bem antigo mas o quarto me atendeu bem porque eu só fiquei 1 noite. O hotel fica em um andar de um prédio e na entrada não tem nenhuma indicação que ali é o hotel. A entrada do prédio é bem bagunçada e um pouco abandonada. Eu indico esse hotel pela localização dele.
O atendimento da recepção foi maravilhoso. Uma única coisa que não funcionou bem foi o ar condicionado do hotel. Eu indico para uma curta viagem pela localização desse hotel.
