-The "television" was a computer screen of the smallest. The remote control was almost useless, in every way. Amazing.
-The air conditioning did not cool enough.
-The fridge was barely cold.
-The first day, behind the bedside table you could see dust balls. The full length mirror outside the wardrobe was very dirty.
-In the sink... the toilet tank made a little dripping sound. The only shelf was very high, a person of 1.57 cm. height can not reach. The beautiful large bathtub is difficult for elderly people to access (although we are not elderly).

-We forgot clothes and they were very efficient in sending them to our home.

I love everything about this hotel! I had trouble finding it because it is situated in part of an old palazzo. I called and Renata came with a big smile to greet me! My room and bathroom were spotless, and I loved the antique decor. I had a corner room with tall ceiling and shutter and 2 little balconies overlooking the pedestrian street that featured many stores and eateries. Street sounds were never an issue for me at night. I am an older woman traveling solo and I felt very safe here. I originally booked for 3 nights but needed another night due to difficulty reserving a room at my next stop, Ischia. Sandro, Renata, and Chiara happily and efficiently assisted me in resolving both matters. The 3 made sure of every detail for my next destination and had it all confirmed. I cannot say enough about the staff, and how they care about your needs while staying here. The hotel is unique and charming, and the location is great! It’s an easy walk to the seafront, Via Toledo, the Galleria, and Piazza Plebiscito.

Ottimo hotel, a due passi da piazza plebiscito, in via Chiaia, la via dello shopping. Molto gentili alla reception, buona la colazione, prodotti tipici napoletani, ottimi dolci, camera comoda, ben insonorizzata, letto comodo. Noi avevamo un bel balcone su via Chiaia. È collocato in un palazzo storico, ma dotato di ascensore. Consigliatissimo

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la merveilleuse Naples; le personnel est très agréable et très professionnel. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent . Chambre très propre et très bien entretenue. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel !
