Vol d’argent de 450€ J’ai réserver 4 nuit d’hôtel chez eux Coffre fort défectueux, pour cause j’ai donc du laisser mon argent à coter du coffre fort , rangez dans mes habits , à ma grande surprise a mon retour de capri , il me manque 450€ Je vais donc me plaindre au prêt de l’accueil , qui me dit que je ne serait pas rembourser et qu’il n’y sont pour rien , la seul personne à être rentré dans ma chambre est une femme de ménage , je vais donc gentiment me faire voir , alors que je me fait voler dans leurs propre hôtel , je vous le déconseille fortement , rien es mis en place pour vous aider , Je suis donc gentiment reparti sans mon argent . Pas sérieux du tout , j’ai fait plusieur hôtel à mon jeune âge , il ne m’es jamais arriver un litige pareille , c’est énorme , ne laisser surtout pas d’argent traîner vous risquerai de repartir sans !!!!!

La struttura non ha un bar, solo una macchina da caffè nel corridoio che non funziona, la colazione è in un un’altra struttura esterna, dopo 2 caffè ci è stato detto che la terza bevanda calda di paga a parte. Balcone piccolo, non ci si può nemmeno sedere verso il mare, praticamente inservibile.

The room for 4 people has no natural light at all. It is cornered, without a view. The queen bed is not good (very soft). At the time of our stay they were in works, renovating, and didn’t tell us. The rate was not that of a hotel going under renovation bu a full fare one.

The hotel is facing the sea, but they assigned us the room in a new part, which is accessed through another door and we did not have a view of the sea. Walking you are about twenty minutes from the port, from where we take the ferry to go to Capri. The triple room was super spacious, with a king bed, very comfortable, and a small bed for our son. Very nice and modern decoration, good lighting. It had an electric kettle and everything you needed to make tea or coffee. Good wifi. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, everything was very clean. Good towels and bedding. The reception staff is very polite. They allowed us to leave our bags after check out. Breakfast, quite good, is served in a restaurant next door.

We slept one night in this "guest house", because you can't call it anything else. €150 for a narrow room, not adequately cleaned and with an absurd smell of sewage. You can hear any type of noise coming from nearby rooms, even those who go to do their business. Internal temperature cannot be adjusted so you risk either dying of heat or dying of cold. Extremely uncomfortable bed and pillows. I woke up with severe back pain. Breakfast to be had in a structure located externally "the guest house" which is quite dirty with rude and annoyed staff.
