Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo appartamento nel quartiere Bagnoli, molto pratico in quanto è collocato nei pressi della stazione e si può raggiungere il centro di Napoli o altre zone con il treno che passa ogni 15/20 min. Molto pratico anche l'accesso all'appartamento, il giorno stesso arriva un codice da utilizzare per l'ingresso al portone principale e all'appartamento assegnato così da non preoccuparsi dell'orario di ingresso e della possibilità di dimenticare o perdere le chiavi. L'appartamento per 4 persone si è prestato decisamente conforme alle foto, qualità/prezzo ottimale, molto spazioso, pulito, ricco di comfort (ci sono anche delle prese USB in camera per ricaricare in modo pratico e comodo i cellulari), bagno spazioso, moderno e tutto perfettamente funzionante, così come il resto dell'appartamento. Davvero un'ottima esperienza. Decisamente consigliato.

Struttura molto comoda e pulita,personale super efficiente. Ha la comodità del parcheggio adiacente all appartamento. Siamo stati solo per un weekend ma ci tornerei volentieri. È a mezz ora da Napoli centro ma vicinissimo alla fiera.

Very comfortable apartment located in Bagnoli, a 3-minute walk from the metro and 5 minutes from the seafront. Everything thought out down to the smallest detail, en-suite bathroom, 32-inch TV in all rooms, induction cooker, USB sockets, lights everywhere and a practical remote system with code for entry. Parking space under the house on white lines or guarded parking of your choice. Staff always ready to satisfy any doubt or need, I thank Fabrizio in particular. I advise you to book well in advance and enjoy your holiday or business trip. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, soundproofed windows, grave silence, excellent location, away from the chaos of the city. Excellent price. Highly recommended, especially for couples or families. I will be back for all the next times I come to Naples.

I stayed with my family at the Acate81 Lifestyle Apartment from 02/15/23 to 02/18/23 and unfortunately my experience was completely negative. We were 4 people and a 7 month old baby girl. We were very disappointed as the photos in the ad showed a new and recently renovated apartment and this made us prefer this type of solution to others we had seen and that had been recommended to us. Alas though it was just a nice cover, the book inside was exactly the opposite. The main problem we encountered was the lack of soundproofing of the walls and doors. We could clearly hear noises and voices coming from the other apartments or from the stairs of the building, which caused us considerable disturbance. Noises were also heard due to the lack of insulation of the pipes inside the walls, in fact both the pipes of the air conditioning system and those of the water generate considerable noise and therefore disturbance. During the late second evening we began to hear loud banging noises on the walls and floors added to constant yelling and moaning, which repeated at 5am the following morning for several hours. These noises were so loud that they woke up even our 7 month old baby. This happened again the following night, in the same way. I assume that there is a person with difficulties inside the building, to whom I naturally do not attribute any fault. However it is absurd that the noise is transmitted so clearly (the feeling is that they come from our apartment). To give you an idea, each of these shots shook the glasses inside the kitchen cupboard. Furthermore, the workers were working on the renovation of some apartments inside the building, as reported on the site (I recommend that guests who may not have noticed it better, especially if there are small children), but the disturbance caused was considerable. Not only was the soundproofing of the apartment lacking, but the voices of the workers working were also clearly audible, creating further inconvenience. In fact, these works began at 8 in the morning and continued throughout the day. The heating system in the apartment consisted of a heat pump, which was not adequate for the size of the apartment and the heights of the rooms. The system filters were dirty and we had to clean them, and the system itself was badly connected and didn't work properly. The first day, precisely because of the dirty filters, we had to endure the cold inside the apartment. Finally, the care of the apartment left something to be desired: the bathrooms were full of dust, the shower head was rusty, the bidet wobbly and the sink clogged. It is evident that the apartment had been cared for only aesthetically to post attractive photos
