The receptionists were very kind and left a good impression.
The bed was spacious and clean, but several insects flew into the room and were flying around, which was a problem.
The most inconvenient thing was the lack of Wi-Fi. Even when I tried to connect to the internet from an outside line, it was only 3G and hardly worked at all, so that was disappointing.
The location is not far from the airport, but the bus is not punctual, so I think it's best to allow yourself plenty of time.

Varios son los aspectos negativos a reseñar. En primer lugar no es un hotel de 4 estrellas, ni tres tampoco. El aire acondicionado de la habitación, muy pequeña, no funciona. Según el personal todas las habitaciones dan a la calle principal con lo que el ruido del tráfico es constante dificultando el descanso. El desayuno incluido (continental, según el personal) solo es café y croissant, con o sin relleno. Además, se encuentra muy lejos del centro de la ciudad (6 km), con lo que si no se viaja con vehículo propio o de alquiler, el desplazamiento al centro histórico incluye media hora de autobús y coger el metro, media hora más. Y todo ello con suerte de que el horario del bus se cumpla, situación que no ocurre casi nunca.

Hotel mediocre chambre très bruyante toute la nuit prises électriques cassées,mousissures dans la douche literie très inconfortable, très éloigné du centre de Naples. Retour Un soir chambre non fermée apres le passage des femmes de ménage. Petit déjeuner composé uniquement d'un croissant (si vous n'arrivez pas trop tard sinon il n'y en a plus) et d'un café. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel pour un voyage touristique. Ne correspond pas aux 4 étoiles., très décevant de la part de booking.

Poor hotel, broken shutters and air conditioning, very noisy room, very uncomfortable pillow, very far from the center of Naples. Breakfast consisting only of a croissant (if you don't arrive too late otherwise there are no more) and a coffee. I leave two points for the welcoming and accommodating staff. I will not recommend this hotel for a tourist trip.
