The staff were very kind. The hotel was hard to find, but it was on the third floor of the building. The entrance door was closed, but they opened it for me when I spoke to them over the intercom. The room was clean.

We spent an unforgettable weekend. From the moment we arrived we received exceptional treatment. To begin with, we were pleasantly surprised when we were offered a room upgrade at no additional cost. Furthermore, the room was ready before the check-in time, which allowed us to immediately relax after the trip. The service provided by the staff, especially Antonio, was impeccable. His courtesy and helpfulness made our stay even more pleasant. Our every request was met promptly and with a smile. Fabulous, phenomenal price quality. The cleanliness is very good, the breakfast is what I like the least, but the accommodation very close to the bus stop to the airport is worth it. You can go everywhere on foot. Attentive and friendly staff.

I spent the Christmas days in Naples, a fantastic city, I have been to this hotel and I think I will return, kindness and courtesy of all the staff, clean rooms, with all comforts, en-suite bathroom with towels changed daily, breakfast room. From the terrace, fabulous view of the Maschio Angioino Castle, strategic position on the very central Via Toledo with connection to the Quartieri Spagnoli, good and plentiful breakfast, excellent service, thanks for the friendliness, I recommend it see you soon

Hotel in perfect location for visiting the city... This concludes the positive aspects of this hotel. Noisy rooms without any type of soundproofing from the other rooms, very high temperature in the room even if the heating is turned off, very poor cleaning and tidying up of the room (on one of the days they didn't even add toilet paper) and finally very poor breakfast and undrinkable cappuccino . As mentioned, it is only saved by its very central location
