Nice hotel. Unusual as reception was on the 3rd floor which was reached via secure buzzer system. Very clean throughout, some traffic noise but not too bad. Friendly staff, excellent customer service. We had an issue with hot water but this was remedied quickly. Downside was lack of sockets to charge equipment. Good breakfast. I would a recommend a stay here.

Dopo il soggiorno in questo hotel si apprezza e si ama ancora di più questa meravigliosa città. Le stanze sono ampie e luminose, l'arredamento semplice e funzionale. I bagni comodi, letti confortevoli. La colazione con prodotti freschi ed infine la competenza e cortesia del personale rendono il soggiorno in questo albergo nel cuore di Napoli veramente unica.

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。ホテルの場所は分かりづらかったですが、建物の3階にあります。入り口のドアが閉まっていましたが、インターフォンでお話しすると開けていただけました。

Bello, pulito, confortevole , personale gentile e disponibile, colazione abbondante, centralissimo, dallanostra stanza potevo ammirare il Maschio Angioino!!!!! Lo consiglio. Quando tornerò a Napoli sicuramente alloggerò in questo hotel.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend indimenticabile. Sin dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento eccezionale. Per cominciare, siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi quando ci è stato offerto un upgrade della camera senza costi aggiuntivi. Inoltre, la camera era pronta prima dell'orario del check-in, il che ci ha permesso di rilassarci immediatamente dopo il viaggio. Il servizio fornito dal personale, in particolare da Antonio, è stato impeccabile. La sua cortesia e la sua disponibilità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta prontamente e con un sorriso. In definitiva, consiglierei vivamente a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Grazie ancora a tutto il personale, in particolare ad Antonio, per aver reso il nostro weekend così speciale. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

Fabuloso, calidad precio fenomenal. La limpieza es muy buena, el desayuno es lo qué menos me gusta, pero merece la pena el alojamiento muy cerca de la parada del bus al aeropuerto. Puedes ir a todos los lugares andando. Personal muy atento y amable.

Ho passato i giorni di Natale a Napoli, fantastica città ,dino stata in questo hotel e credo che ritornerò, gentilezza e cortesia fi tutto il personale, camere pulite, con tutti i comfort, bagno in camera con asciugamani cambiati giornalmente, sal della colazione. Dal terrazzino favolosa vista del Castello Maschio Angioino posizione strategica alla via Toledo centralissima con collegamento ai Quartieri Spagnoli, colazione buona e abbondante servizio ottimo ,grazie della cordialità lo consiglio a presto
