Literally, a hidden gem. For our first visit to Naples, we were bit overwhelmed with how alleys/streets worked with cars and motorcycles driving down what I considered a walkway. Our taxi dropped us off in the plaza and said, " left, then right," and we walked past the hotel 3 times. The entrance is tucked back off the street, and it was a quiet oasis. The staff was great, room clean, and location ended up to be perfect. Off the Plaza is a wide, pedestrian only street with lots of drinking and dining options.

Bellissimo we napoletano. L’Hotel è situato in una zona bella e centrale, anche se molto movimentata di sera. Eppure le stanze sono silenziosissime. Elegante, signorile e perfetto nel servizio. Ottima la prima colazione. Di rilievo la cortesia e professionalità del personale. Bravi!! Torneremo sicuramente

Ci sono stato con mia moglie e la nostra bimba di pochi mesi. Scelto per la posizione eccellente a due passi da via Chiaia, vicino alla bellissima piazza dei martiri, via dei mille e poco distante pure dal lungomare Caracciolo. Location molto affascinante, belle le sale comuni e la hall. Personale molto gentile. Camera bella e comoda. Bagno grande. Colazione varia e buona, tanti dolci invitanti. Unico piccolo neo, nel nostro bagno, niente termoarredi per scaldare accappatoio, niente balsamo, niente ciabattine. Alla nostra richiesta ne hanno portato solo un paio dicendo che erano finite… Comunque raccomando assolutamente questo bellissimo hotel

This hotel is safe and clean.
Next time I would just stay in Rome and take the train down to see Pompeii, Naples not really worth the visit. Jersey shore of Italy.

Conosco l’hotel dal 2007 e resta per me il massimo che si possa desiderare da una struttura alberghiera che, per avventura, si trova a Napoli ma che vorrei poter trovare ovunque andassi. La cura dei dettagli, la pulizia, la cortesia estrema di tutto lo staff, con una particolare menzione a Claudia, la qualità della prima colazione, rendono questo hotel veramente unico nel suo genere. Superlativo!
