Al final de buscar y buscar un hotel encontramos esta pequeña reliquia. Un apartamento con varias habitaciones en la que cada una es un hospedaje. Muy limpio y muy bonito. Para llegar al apartamento se nos hizo un poco confuso al tener tantas puertas pero lo tienen muy bien indicado .

The property is NOT what presented in the app. There was no daily housekeeping, no buffet breakfast and conditions were poor.
1. Housekeeping was every other day and not on bank holidays hence during our 7 days stay over Christmas we got house keeping only twice. And I had to ask for toilet paper replacement and shower gel otherwise we never get them.
2. Breakfast consist in a voucher for the local bar for a coffe and a cornetto nothing more nothing different. My daughter had to pay for a juice.
3. Condition were really poor. Humidity spot everywhere on the walls, mold on the window, no toilet cover and holes on the bad sheets.
4 when I complain the answer was always the same, something happens and nothing changed

Assolutamente da evitare la prossima volta! Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera tripla per 3 notti…non vedevo l’ora di andarmene! Acqua calda che non arriva, come terzo letto c’è una brandina con un materasso che era come se non ci fosse, non passano a pulire la camera, neanche per cambiare asciugamani o rimpiazzare shampoo e sapone, muri rovinati, lavandino scomodissimo e piccolissimo, muro accanto alla doccia che cade a pezzi, colazione che si fa in un bar non vicinissimo al b&b, per questo un po’ scomodo. Unica cosa buona è la tranquillità della zona.

Struttura pulita, con arredi nuovi, e buona posizione (in centro, praticamente attaccata alla metrò e a 300 m dalla funicolare se si vuole raggiungere napoli). Nella media rispetto all'offerta della zona. Mancano completamente accoglienza (non abbiamo incontrato nessuno se non la donna delle pulizie e parlavamo con il titolare via whatsapp. nell'unica telefonata è stato anche abbastanza sgarbato) e la colazione, Quest'ultima da fare fuori la struttura e limitatamente ad un caffe ed un cornetto. se prendete qualcosa di diverso, esempio un cappuccino, ve lo pagate. Zero servizi proposti o consigliati.

il proprietario molto disponibile e organizzato, le stanze veramente confortevoli con tanti colori e tante comodità…carina l’idea della macchinetta del caffè e delle tisane da poter gustare all’ingresso del salottino…ci tornerò presto.

Posizione ottima, nei pressi del Vomero di Napoli, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro. Raffaele si è mostrato cordiale e gentile, pronto a soddisfare tutte le nostre necessità. Camera semplice e non molto grande, ma super pulita, con asciugamani riposti ordinatamente sul letto, il tutto contornato da un profumo molto gradevole. Doccia grande e kit igiene (saponi) presenti in bagno, mancano solo le cuffie per i capelli.

Anche se abbiano trascorso solo una notte nel b&b ci siamo trovati bene. Ambiente pulito, camera curata e dotata di tutti i comfort: TV con Netflix, cassaforte, mini-frigo, aria condizionata e cosa importantissima bagno in camera, non sempre disponibile nei b&b, con asciugamani, phon e kit di detergenti. Solo un appunto sulla colazione convenzionata con un bar situato nelle vicinanze: ottimi cornetti ma bisognerebbe dare al cliente la possibilità di scegliere tra caffè e cappuccino.

5 stelle per la pulizia e per l'attenzione ai dettagli, non ho dato 5 stelle per la colazione in convenzione al bar perchè secondo me c'è da rivedere qualcosa, non tutti gli ospiti possono bere il caffè. Un cosiglio, inserire nella colazione l'opzione cappuccino, latte macchiato o una spremuta, bene la brioche, Ci torneremo senz'altro sia per l'ottimo prezzo che per la posizione davvero comoda.
