The location of the hotel is great. It is very convenient to travel. All the facilities, sanitation, environment and services are in good condition. The breakfast is also in place. It is the first choice for all trips. I highly recommend staying here when going to Naples.

L’hôtel est super bien placé entre le quartier historique et le quartier espagnol. Belle cour intérieure qui fait aussi bar ou salle de très bons petits déjeuners. Les chambres sont modernes, avec une décoration ludique et des équipements parfaits. Le personnel est très sympa.

We love that they were able to arrange a taxi for us for a fixed price upon arrival at the airport. Taxi at the airport is probably €6-10 more. It’s close to everywhere we wanted to go to at the city center and is a relatively short walk to the Metro to get to to Toledo station. Breakfast was enjoyable with options for coffee, which is a plus. The lovely staff at the front desk gave us awesome recommendations for restaurants within the area. Thank you so much!

Ho soggiornato una notte nella stanza con balcone.ottima posizione per visitare il centro di Napoli.hotel situato in un cortile bellissimo,moderno ,personale gentile .la stanza colazione piccola e c’è n buffet un po’ scarno senza lista delle cose a parte .disponibile caffè americana e su richiesta espresso. Una nota negativa il prezzo un po’ alto ma forse ha inciso la stanza con balcone proprio quel giorno poco usufruibile per pioggia.

the room really small and very dark. Mold in the bathroom. Must go up to the 2nd floor by the elevator to go down one floor by a small staircase. we are told that there is a balcony but it is not even 30 cm deep....after several stays here it is unfortunately the last

Las imágenes de la página web y de la propia del hotel no se parecían a nuestra habitación. Las ventanas debían estar a unos 2 metros de altura desde el suelo, colo lo que era imposible abrirlas o mirar al exterior. Solicitamos un cambio a otra habitación de la misma categoría, (estándar), ya que ibamos a pasar cuatro noches en el hotel y sólo nos ofrecieron un cambio con un suplemento de 30 € por noche, el cual no aceptamos. El hotel está bien situado, el personal es educado y la limpieza aceptable pero no se debe vender una habitación sin ventanas útiles a unos clientes que vayan a estar varios días alojados en el hotel. La próxima vez en Napoles elegiremos otro sitio que, esperamos; nos trate mejor

A lovely place to stay in Naples. Located in the old town and within close proximity to many restaurants and sights including the Sansevero Chapel. Staff friendly and helpful. I called the hotel upon arrival at Napoli Centrale and they kindly called a taxi and told me the taxi number - taxi arrived within minutes, so I didn't have the stress of finding a taxi - so convenient. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. For noting - whilst there is an elevator, my room (after exiting the elevator) was located across the upper walkway and then down quite a decent flight of stairs. I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Not only is elegant, attentive staff, extraordinary breakfast buffet,I got a free upgrade to a suit with a giant bathtub, and upstairs bedroom and a balcony....I for sure give not five stars but 10

Skal du til Napoli så vælg dette hotel. Vi havde booket et værelse m. morgenmad - men fik en flot nyistandsat 2 værelset lejlighed på grund af overbookning. Alt var perfekt og en behagelig seng. Morgenmaden kan anbefales - stort udvalg, gode produkter og velsmagende. Læg hertil et venligt, serviceminded personale og en charmerende, smuk gårdhave.
Et hotel man nyder og slapper af i når man kommer hjem fra det hektiske, beskidte, støjende, charmerende Napoli. Hotellet ligger tilmed centralt, tilbagetrukket og i gåafstand til alt - på den charmerende Piazza Bellini. Et hotel vi meget gerne vil vende tilbage til. Du føler dig hjemme og værdsat.
