The English of the female waitress at the front desk was very Italian, and the service was cold. We asked for an extra quilt and bed sheet, but it was not delivered after waiting for a long time. Breakfast cannot be self-service. The waiter will bring you whatever you want, but it is difficult to communicate in Italian. They give you too much, and it is also a waste if you don't like it. Very nice and well-equipped hotel. Unfortunately, the location is a bit out of the way so it takes a while to get to the city center. The best option here would be to take a taxi or train.

Lovely service, though a little slow at breakfast (nobody behind the buffet, I thought it was self-service). The room was clean and well stocked. The only things I'd change would be the fire alarm/emergency lights in room are very bright, and the drains needed cleaning to drain faster.
Food was lovely, but a wider choice for dinner would be appreciated. The room service menu differs too much to the menu at dinner.
Good location near airport & train stations for getting into the city & to other areas like Pompei, Herculaneum, Sorrento etc.
Room was very clean and comfortable.

Location isn’t exactly the city center but it’s close enough, friendly staff & clean rooms— the only flaw was that my room was a non smoking room but it still smelled like smoke. But overall, good experience, definitely recommend!
