The worst hotel ever! The entry is directly off a main road with a very narrow pavement. Everything is very old, the hotel has probably seen better days in the past but it's now nothing but ancient ruins. The air-conditioning didn't work either. I was booked for 3 nights but I couldn't stay there more than one night before I moved to a better hotel.

The structure is in an area of Naples (moreover very beautiful) not very far from the center but with public transport in the evening it is very tiring to reach it and also a little isolated.
During the day, however, many buses pass by
If you have to stay here it is better to rent a vehicle.
The staff is very kind, professional and helpful
We had breakfast and the service is decent with very good hours (7 to 10).
The room with bathroom is spacious but in the evening the noise of passing cars, etc. is a bit disturbing
The structure is generally good.

This hotel is supposed to be 4 star. It’s 2 at best. It was clean but that’s all. Too far out of town. Breakfast poor, no fresh coffee or orange juice, basic at best. Staff unhelpful. Facilities poor. No tea or coffee in the room. Sheets and towels old. The fact it was so out of town didn’t help. A 20 euro taxi fare back each night. Def would not recommend. Very poor.

Purtoppo pessima esperienza , struttura posta vicino l'uscita della tangenziale ma priva di parcheggio . Sicuramente di base potrebbe essere carino se restaurato in maniera giusta e non nello stato in cui si trova , crepe sui muri e condizioni realmente poco accettabili. Peccato perche le potenzialita ci sono ma per il prezzo pagato non ci tornero piu 142 euro promo booking. Camere vecchie

Hotel storico e molto bello all'interno. Le camere sinceramente devono essere più curate in molti particolari, dall'arredamento, alla manutenzione e soprattutto pulite. Purtroppo manca qualche attenzione in più. La colazione a mio parere dovrebbe anche migliorare.....siamo a Napoli, patria del dolce e anche del salato e in un Grand Hotel 4 stelle , una colazione non può essere con cornetti mignon congelati, pancake mignon, brioche congelati e affettati semplici e non di qualità. Una colazione in un Grand Hotel dovrebbe essere di qualità. A volte basta poco per far sì che una mattina possa iniziare bene..... Servizio colazione buono con ragazzi disponibili. Ricevimento ottimo Purtroppo oggi si hanno albergatori proprietari che non vogliono investire e credono che una struttura viaggi da sola! Non è così! Un caro affettuoso saluto.

The staff was excellent, we had no air in our room and no hot water in the shower several times. Otherwise the hotel itself is a beautiful hotel.

Non solo la struttura ha bisogno di un totale rinnovamento ma segnalo che mi sono stati rubati gli occhiali da vista. Li ho lasciati in camera ma dopo la pulizia della stanza sono spariti. Veramente vergognoso

l'hotel necessita chiaramente di essere ristrutturato e rimodernato... è elegante ma dimesso. le camere sono davvero spaziose, il nostro bagno era gigante, ma... non c'è stato modo di abbassare il riscaldamento, e sembrava di essere ai tropici... troppo, troppo, TROPPO CALDO: anche con le finestre aperte si moriva! la porta della stanza non si chiudeva bene quindi era necessario prestare attenzione per non rischiare di dormire con la porta aperta... mancano i segnaporta Non Disturbare ed infatti ci è entrata la cameriera al piano in stanza mentre eravamo ancora a letto :( per prendere l'ascensore assicuratevi di avere tutto il tempo necessario perché è tanto lento... manca purtroppo il ristorante, in compenso però il bar è piuttosto fornito. colazione assente di qualsiasi alternativa vegan, quindi ho preso solo caffè e succo di frutta... la posizione della struttura è buona, ma onestamente dovessi tornare a Napoli valuterei altre opzioni.
