Very well located hotel, very friendly staff.
Relaxation areas on the ground floor, very nice.
The room was fine, bathroom a little tight but that's okay.
By cons we would have appreciated a kettle with tea etc ... in the room.
The breakfast is ok, even if the amount of hot drink is a bit tight.
In summary I recommend this hotel.

Situé à proximité de la station de métro Universita, cet hôtel est très propre. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est à prendre au dernier étage. La connexion internet fonctionne bien. Le réceptionniste est très aimable et parle français. Nombreux restaurants à proximité.

Posizione ottima per chi arriva in città con l'aereo o con il traghetto al molo Immacolatella. Vicino al centro storico e alla fermata Metro Università. Camera semplice e pulita, colazione compresa nel prezzo molto semplice. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Un ringraziamento particolare a Michele per gli ottimi consigli

Estuvimos tres días. El hotel está ubicado en una zona inmejorable para movernos por Nápoles y muy segura. Está decorado de una manera exquisita, cuidando los detalles y con encanto a la vez que comodidad. Todo es excelente aunque lo mejor, su personal, atento, profesional, y especialmente destacar a Fabio, recepcionista que nos dio la bienvenida y también prácticamente la despedida, aunque todo el personal merece una mención especial. Volveríamos a ese hotel y a Nápoles que no es una ciudad, es un mundo de magia, gastronomía exquisita y hasta su “caótico tráfico” es un atractivo. Muchísimas gracias.

Hotel is located in a good part of the town with great access to metro and harbor with 24 hour front desk. staff were friendly and cooperative. Room was clean and there was a maid service every day. breakfast was served in a room that they had built on the roof and had a view. breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, toast, cheese, sandwich meat, fresh orange juice, pastry, serial, etc. the only problem we had during our stay was the internet. it was slow and shotty. during day several times it would disconnect, and when it was connected it was very slow. the only time we could use it was in middle of night when other guests were sleep.

Ottima posizione ,albergo accogliente ,personale gentilissimo e cordiale. Il letto l'ho trovato veramente comodo con ottimi cuscini. La colazione in terrazza con la simpatica signorina. Quando tornerò a Napoli prenoterò senz'altro all'hotel Airone.

Michelle at front reception was kind, professional and informative. He provided excellent guidance on sights near and far. Despite the fact that we arrived well before check-in time he made us feel welcome. He even offered us a choice of room/floor, pointing out that one was quieter than the other. All staff were outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous.
