The staff here are so so helpful! I left a pair of sunglasses behind and Simone helped ship them overseas to return them to me. Excellent hospitality.

Perfect little B&B in great location: main points of interests are in walking distance, 10 mins away from the port, 3 mins walk to the nearest metro station. Room was spacious and clean.
Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, we had to leave early in the morning and they even prepared the breakfast corner for us an hour before their standard breakfast time. We only spent a night here but the pleasant experince will surely bring us back!

港の空港バス終点やフェリー乗り場から歩ける場所です。古い雑居ビルの3階だったかと思います。入口に看板や案内板がないので、到着する前に、準備としてグーグルアースの画像を見て事前体験しておくべきです。うまく玄関扉から入れたとしても、次の関門は有料のエレベーターです。小銭を投入しないと動かないので、最初はスーツケースを持って階段を上がることになります。ホテルのドアも紙切れが貼ってあるだけで、ノックして開けてもらいます。うまくチェックインできたら、スーツケースを預かってもらって市内観光に出かけましょう。フロントにエレベーター用の小銭が置いてあるので、当面用のを1枚借りて行き、後で返しておくのが良いでしょう。斜向かい左方向に大き目のスーパーマーケットがあります。部屋や朝食はイマイチだけど、立地や治安は良く、それほど不満のないホテルかと思います。

Check-in compliqué pour une arrivée "tardive" c'est à dire 21h30. Il nous a fallu aller chercher les clés de notre chambre à la réception d'un autre hôtel heureusement à proximité. Au moins les instructions étaient claires. L'hôtel est situé dans un vieil immeuble avec un ascenseur que nous avons préféré éviter car peu engageant. La chambre triple était propre mais sans charme, peu meublée avec une climatisation en fin de vie a priori. Petit-déjeuner le matin classique avec un personnel aux petits soins et même un peu trop. Le check-out a été effectué par une personne désagréable. Bref pas une expérience inoubliable pour un prix bien trop élevé au regard du rapport qualité-prix.

Très bien situé, à quelques minutes du bus pour l'aéroport et des ports pour les ferries et les bateaux rapides pour les îles.
Dur à trouver, aucun signe à l'extérieur, porte close. Il faut téléphoner pour avoir le code d'entrée. Pas pratique.
La personne à la réception était très professionnelle et sympathique. Comme je partais de bonne elle a même préparé le petit-déjeuner avant l'heure normale. Merci.
