Non ho mai visto un hotel così sporco è orribile con le mattonelle dell’entrata delle stanze rotte il balcone sporco di polvere le lenzuola sporchissime avevamo paura di dormire prima che usciva un insetto. TERRIBILE

I originally booked this hotel because on *********** they offered free airport shuttle. Apparently this amounted to a taxi (not free) telephone number. When I complained, I was sent extremely abusive messages. I couldn't possibly stay there but was still charged. This hotel is in a seedy and unsafe part of Naples.

Da es schon Abend war, habe ich die erstbeste B&B Unterkunft genommen U U für mein mini-unterklassenzimmer (mit Blick auf den Hinterhofmüll) 124 € (ohne Bestätigung) bezahlt. Zum Frühstück gab es 1 Stück Brot U 1 Tasse Tee .. Am nächsten Tag hab ich zum Glück ein viel besseres Hotel (Hotel Colombo) in der Nähe um € 64 gefunden... Totale Abzocke !

Parto già dal fatto che questo hotel e raccapricciante fuori c'è spazzatura ovunque e anche bancarelle dalla mattina fino a tardo pomeriggio una pizza di p1p1 indescrivibile di notte un rumore di: Armadi Letti Cassetti, e chi più ne ha ne metta Un'esperienza da non riprovare NON ANDATECI!!!

Initially this place seems a little intimidating, we booked last minute due to flight delays and loosing our other hotel. However, after you talk with the front desk staff you will realize they are nice people. They seem a bit abrasive, although they are trying to make sure that they are taking precautions and making sure to take all the necessary steps so that guests have a good experience. After getting our room they offered us beer and wine and asked what time we wanted breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. Coming from 3 hot American women who are first time Europe travelers, stay here in a pinch or on a budget.
