From December 27th to December 29th we stayed in this hotel in Napoli. In the room there is no cleanliness and there are flies that make it difficult to sleep at night. It is possible to hear everything the other guests say (door, children, telephone conversation). The breakfast is below normal, however some employees are rude.

About the location: The location is a bit difficult due to conflicting views. It is a little deductible because it is far from Naples Central Station. However, I chose this hotel because it was said that the area around Naples Central Station was not safe. So it may be said that the neighborhood of Naples Central Station where security is bad is a demerit point. The opposite is close to the ferry terminal. Even if you carry a heavy suitcase, you can reach the ticket office in about 5 minutes. It was a ferry transfer when I left the hotel here, so considering that convenience alone, the highest rating is good.
Regarding cleanliness, this hotel didn't have the smelly electric kettle problem that I had during my trip to Europe. As a Japanese, this is a matter of course, but I was moved. Besides that, the cleaning was perfect, and whether it was a new hotel, there was no part that was damaged or felt old.
Regarding the service, various explanations were given at check-in, but I couldn't understand it in English, so I went to ask the same thing again and asked for an explanation of the ferry ticket office, but everything was done with a smile and the translator didn't bother me. , and he taught me carefully until I could understand. Furthermore, after checking out, I misread the ferry time for 2 hours, and when I negotiated to wait in the hotel lobby again, it was OK without any problems. Value for money hotel in Naples…accessible and walking distance to the town center… amenities can be improved but overall experience was good. There is no bathroom drain in the toilet and water from shower tends to overflow. Front desk people were good at what they do…friendly and competent 👌🤗

The hotel is in a good location, with modern interiors. the restaurant located next door is extremely convenient and good quality and they also cater the breakfast, which is very, very good.
The staff are welcoming and helpful and the hotel is clean and tidy.
There is a bit of noise from the ferries that come in and out of the port but if you are out for most of the day you won't notice it.
Walking distance to the Metro from which you can get further into the city, only 3 stops away from the Architecture Museum. Would recommend and most definitely use again.

Smart hotel is very clean and modern with all the basic comforts. It is fun to watch the ships dock from your room. It is a little out of the main center hubbub, but easy to walk into centro storico. It’s a great place to stay in Naples the night before you fly because the Alibus to the airport stops almost right in front of the hotel.
