Smart Hotel Napoli

From December 27th to December 29th we stayed in this hotel in Napoli. In the room there is no cleanliness and there are flies that make it difficult to sleep at night. It is possible to hear everything the other guests say (door, children, telephone conversation). The breakfast is below normal, however some employees are rude.

Just next to the pier, it's very convenient to take a boat. However, the surrounding environment is poor and the traffic is too high.

About the location: The location is a bit difficult due to conflicting views. It is a little deductible because it is far from Naples Central Station. However, I chose this hotel because it was said that the area around Naples Central Station was not safe. So it may be said that the neighborhood of Naples Central Station where security is bad is a demerit point. The opposite is close to the ferry terminal. Even if you carry a heavy suitcase, you can reach the ticket office in about 5 minutes. It was a ferry transfer when I left the hotel here, so considering that convenience alone, the highest rating is good. Regarding cleanliness, this hotel didn't have the smelly electric kettle problem that I had during my trip to Europe. As a Japanese, this is a matter of course, but I was moved. Besides that, the cleaning was perfect, and whether it was a new hotel, there was no part that was damaged or felt old. Regarding the service, various explanations were given at check-in, but I couldn't understand it in English, so I went to ask the same thing again and asked for an explanation of the ferry ticket office, but everything was done with a smile and the translator didn't bother me. , and he taught me carefully until I could understand. Furthermore, after checking out, I misread the ferry time for 2 hours, and when I negotiated to wait in the hotel lobby again, it was OK without any problems. I was very unwell on that day, so I was very grateful. As for the facilities, although there were no toothbrushes or things that were already incorporated, they were generally complete, the room was spacious, and there were many shelves, so it was very convenient to use.

Posizione eccellente, personale gentilissimo e competente, camere ben arredate e pulite, colazione di ottima qualità. Struttura di design, ben collegata con i mezzi. A pochi passi da bar, negozi e ristoranti del cuore pulsante della città.

Posizione comoda vicino anche alla metro, anche se le navi in porto sono molto vicine e si sentivano rumori e altoparlanti. Anche le stanze sono poco insonorizzate, si sentivano i passi di quelle accanto. Per il resto hotel moderno e colorato, arredi nuovi. La colazione ricca e buona, con sia dolce che salato. La nostra camera ampia anche se lunga e stretta. Nel complesso lo consiglierei!
