Localizado numa rua transversal um pouco suspeita e escura. Localiza-se no centro com acessos fáceis a todos os monumentos. Não dispõem de elevador, o que foi um grande problema para subir com as malas... Fomos recebidos por um senhor bastante simpático e hospitaleiro. Quarto pequeno, mas imagens parecia maiores, simples. Hotel a necessitar de algumas outras. Dispõem de um terraço que possibilita jantar lá com uma ótima vista. Dispõem de pequeno almoço num pequeno café perto do hotel, algo simples mas de qualidade . Para quem como nós apenas fica uma noite, serve.

B&B nel quartiere Sanità! La vera Napoli! Benché la zona sia molto rumorosa il B&B è molto silenzioso, confortevole ed organizzato! Camera ampia e bagno finestrato! Bel terrazzo belvedere da cui si gode panorama sul quartiere. Salvatore efficiente, accogliente e discreto padrone di casa! Colazione servita presso extra moenia, caffè letterario e wine bar. Ottime brioches! Il nostro 4 stelle solo per il limite delle numerose scale! Un po’ di ginnastica! Quando ci si abitua è già tempo di tornare a casa! Consigliato assolutamente!

Perfect. Place. Vincenzo, the owner was amazing and heplful. It was our first time in Naples and he made us feel at home. The bedroom/structure is all renovated and clean. With a delicious authetic breakfast from "da manfredino" 100% reccommend.

Ho alloggiato in questa struttura per 1 notte in un week-end di fine Novembre, assieme alla mia amica.
La struttura è in una zona tranquilla, non molto distante dalla fermata del pullman. L'interno della struttura risponde a tutto ciò che si vorrebbe trovare quando si alloggia fuori casa: accoglienza, gentilezza, pulizia, comodità (letti fantastici), arredamento, tutto alla perfezione.
Il proprietario è davvero gentile e cortese, disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Inoltre il b&b è convenzionato con il bar pasticceria Alfredo Manfredino, per la colazione dove siamo state accolte con davvero bene!
Ultima nota positiva sulla città di Napoli: davvero una bella città.
