It is the second time we have stayed at N'art suites and we can confirm that it is the best accommodation we have stayed in Naples! First of all, the owner Luca is super kind and always available... the rooms are always top clean, even though breakfast is not included, snacks are made available and just a choice of tea, herbal teas and coffee... the structure is very intimate and welcoming and located in an area full of services and close to the metro and station... we will be regular customers!

This enchanting property was the icing on the cake of a first trip as a couple. The owner was not present at check-in, but he still welcomed us with a short message on his phone (a gesture greatly appreciated!!). All the staff proved to be very welcoming, ready to give advice of all kinds and very flexible in accepting their guests' requests. It's a B&B that I highly recommend!

Very disappointed
We were told on the morning of our arrival that some services ie elevator , airport shuttle and hot water were not available due to “ earthquake” and lightening the night before- we couldn’t understand this as all other services were functioning in the city and airport. -
No hot water until late evening of our second day then limited hot water available
Elevator was out of service until second evening
No hotel shuttle available
The lodging was not as advertised or previously reviewed

Beautiful, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Only negative is the five-story walk-up. There is an elevator but it's easier to take the stairs.

2 splendid days, the place was very comfortable, for getting around, both on foot and by metro. For the service offered by Luca, who we met, and his partner, with whom I only spoke. Available, kind, and always contactable for everything. Thanks we will definitely see you again.

Thank you to Alice & Luca and team. We enjoyed our stay. N’Art is an easy 4 min walk from Napoli Centrale, so if you are arriving by train, this is an easy location to find.
N’Art team are very nice and helpful. Room is simple and very nice, really comfortable bed! Air con works really well. Breakfast and coffee was fresh and nice. Highly recommend 😎

Great stay at N’art suites. Very close to central station and metro as well as restaurants and laundry. Excellent communication - was able to message with owners about any questions and got clear instructions on check in. Greatly appreciated being able to check in early. The owners were very sweet and place had a cute vibe, a true B&B. Great local recommendations from the owner on check in. Would def stay here again.
