Dilapidated apartment, damaged and stained walls, extremely noisy because it is on the boulevard and the window does not close properly
Very poorly maintained and dirty bathroom, a trickle of water in the sink and the same thing for the shower
Can only be used as a dormitory for a family, because there is very little furniture and chairs/armchair (1 armchair for 1 person)
The owner took 3 days to react by wanting to send a plumber during our absence... we refused because we had left our valuables in plain sight. Despite our refusal, he returned to the apartment without repairing anything and urinating in our toilet... TO FLEE!!!!!!
This apartment requires a complete renovation to become a jewel!
