Siamo stati benissimo. Ambiente accogliente .Una vista splendida sul golfo di Napoli. Accolti con professionalità e cortesia da Francesca e Rosalba. Ti fanno sentire a casa . Sempre sorridenti e disponibili . Insieme a tutto il personale. Peccato che una settimana è volata via . Ma rimarrà sempre nel cuore. .

All in all a lovely stay. - beauitful room - amazing view from the balcony - friendly staff that couldnt do enough for you - world pool in room was nice and big - the best location The down side - the room was very dusty and could be cleaned alot better, the shower top also needs a good clean - the lift up to the hotel is 'different'. It has some kind of meter on in and when it runs out you have to put 20 cent in the meter for it to work again.

Consiglio questa struttura sia per la posizione comoda a tutte le principali attrazioni che per la cura dei dettagli e l’accoglienza di tutto il personale. Il relais si trova a pochi passi da castel dell’ovo e dal molo beverello che consente il collegamento veloce all’aeroporto che all’imbarco per i traghetti. La struttura è veramente ben tenuta, pulita e giornalmente igienizzata. Bellissima e confortevole la camera dotata di frigobar (a pagamento) e caffè gentilmente offerto. Sarà sicuramente un punto di riferimento per i miei prossimi viaggi a Napoli! Grazie a tutto il personale! Siete stati super gentili e accoglienti!

Eccellente in tutto, pulizia, comfort camera, reception tutto super organizzato! Comodo per raggiungere a pieni il centro storico, vista della camera mozzafiato! Forse l’unico appunto è sulla parte esterna dove la segnalazione della struttura rimane leggermente nascosta, per il resto 10 su 10!

My friend and I had booked 2 separate rooms during the end of September. I was slightly dubious about our stay having read some negative reviews! It turns out I need not have been worried. The staff were lovely and kind, the breakfast room was small but Maria was attentive and made the most perfect soft boiled eggs, plus we were able to enjoy as many Sfogliatelle as we could fit in! My room was spacious and clean, the walls and paint showed signs of wear but the bed was incredibly comfortable. My only negative was that my shower screen leaked, but I just popped some towels on the floor. My room was directly above a restaurant and having read some negative reviews about noise I packed ear plugs just in case, as the hotel is situated in a city noise is to be expected, although I didn't find it overly noisy at all. The hotel is perfectly situated, facing the sea and a short walk from the harbour restaurants and the many shops that Naples has to offer.

Fuyez.....super bruyant on entend le boulevard comme sur une aire d autoroute. Fenêtre cassée, matelas très dur, douche vétuste, aucune isolation phonique entre les chambres et avec le couloir. Ce n'est pas un hôtel.... Ok la vue est belle.

The perfect location & hotel. The rooms are perfect and worth the price, plenty of mirrors (if you’re a girl) made getting ready easy. The hotel staff are so friendly I don’t drink oat milk and it’s hard to find over here and they bought me one for breakfast so I could have coffee. So helpful and friendly I would highly recommend. Everything is walkable from the hotel, ferry port, metro and town centre

Hôtel située dans une petite rue donnant sur la promenade. Accueil en étage. Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit, chambre correcte et confortable. Ne réservez pas pour le petit déjeuné qui est servi dans une salle minuscule et sans grande qualité. Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la proximité avec le départ des ferrys pour Capri. Appartamento raffinato in palazzo signorile sul lungomare Nazario Sauro; camera da mille e una notte, pulite e curate, ben climatizzate, con jacuzzi e balconcino con tavolino e sedie sul lungomare; letto comodissimo, ottimi servizi in camera e generale confort. È tutto molto intimo, particolare, discreto ed elegante. La zona è silenziosa e la mattina il vocio di Napoli e il garrito dei gabbiani si sente soltanto se si decide di stare con la porta finestra, che dà sul lungomare, aperta; altrimenti, la camera è perfettamente insonorizzata. Il personale è nel complesso cordiale e disponibile, competente e discreto. Un plauso va a Francesca per la sua simpatica ironia e per la capacità di consigliare luoghi da visitare e locali in linea con i gusti del cliente. Sicuramente torneremo, nella speranza che per allora l’accesso alla struttura su strada e il ristorantino annesso siano stati realizzati! Complimenti 😀
