Hotel in the city center, close to the metro station and restaurants. It is also close to city attractions. The room could have been renovated or cleaned better, but it wasn't a disaster. Breakfasts were cookies-snacks and coffee and tea available 24 hours a day.

By pure chance I found this Beb on Booking. The first time we were there in August 2022 and we found ourselves quite well both in terms of comfort and service and also cleanliness. We returned in July 2023 and Mr. Beppe is now in our hearts. Kind and super helpful. We will be back again soon and of course we will come back to you. We thank you for your super availability. The house is well located, being close to the Napoli Centrale station. But the street is very dirty.
The photo on the website does not correspond to the house. The price is very expensive for a house in very poor condition, with very fair cleaning. Some areas of the building appeared to be in ruins. I don't understand why if I ask for two single rooms, they give me two for double use. They were waiting for 4 people. But that's what ******* did. I wonder if I paid double because of *******.

This room was in an old building not far from the train station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was good. Breakfast was minimal, coffee and prepackaged sweets. We had a restaurant downstairs and several others within a five minute walk. It was a convenient hotel for getting to and from the train station

Although in the presentation of the b&b the owners are keen to underline their availability in everything, they did not have the slightest difficulty in not showing any availability towards us. We came from a distant region and, blocked by unexpected traffic that lasted hours, we were unable to arrive in time for the check-in time. Even though we had already paid the entire fee, they didn't bother to wait for us or find any other solution to solve a problem that wasn't our fault, so once we arrived, we found the facility closed. The humanity shown in such a circumstance bordered on zero and we, shocked and without alternatives, had to sleep in the car. Their only response was: "it's not our problem!" However, they kept our money without hesitation!! I believe that the first rule for those who do this job, beyond any other rule, is kindness and magnanimity! because customers will always remember this!

We stayed with friends in this B&B.... we had a terrible time, the manager was kind.... But the rooms were dirty, neglected and unhygienic.... I don't recommend it 😱😱😱😱 Among other things, on the second floor in one stable 😨😨😨😨 terrible slippery steps and dirty. Elevator that you had to pay 20 cents for. The only convenience was that getting around we had no problems with the absolute convenience of all nearby means of transport: TRAM, TRAINS, BUS AND TAXI.

I had booked through Booking for 4 nights. We arrived in the evening and the owner was waiting for us at the door. We went up to the floor and checked in but when we entered the room we were amazed. Dirty bathroom, unpresentable towels and then noticeable dirty stains on the mattress cover. The owner denied our complaints, telling us that from Turin we expect a 5-star hotel and, rudely, refused any possibility of a refund. However, in the evening he unlocked the room and certainly relocated it to others, I'm stupid and he's smart. I'll leave the interpretation they prefer to the reader.
