Wonderful, everything at the top: kindness of the staff, complete breakfast, spacious, beautiful and clean rooms but the best part is the location, very central. Do I recommend it?!? ABSOLUTELY YES On the last day they even left us room to put down our suitcases and wash ourselves at the end of the day, incredibly super!

Excellent hotel in a very central location. Professional staff who manage the facility well and are available to lend a hand. In our case they organized a taxi for us. Only thing: Bad smells due to the rooms not being ventilated. Bad smell in the corridor due to the sweets which were not changed during our stay. The bottle of sparkling wine offered was very kind.

Unbeatable attention; perfect cleaning; The deluxe room was very nice, the bathroom was almost recently remodeled, the central location next to Toledo Street, one of the most commercial streets and with easy access to the Spanish neighborhood, a must-see to get to know the essence of Naples.

We stayed here for two nights. The location is perfect close to the port and also right in the city. Room was clean, good bed, great shower, toiletries. Kettle in the room for tea and coffee. Also on the landing is a coffee machine and pastries. We felt breakfast was disappointing in a small room with plastic table and chairs, not much Choice and nothing cooked to order. For the location I would recommend.

Poorly soundproofed room, extremely noisy. You hear all the noise from the street and reception. We stayed for a week with breakfast in the room: always the same products and of poor quality therefore not in accordance with the presentation of the varied breakfast with homemade and local products. On the other hand, the staff is extremely kind and cleaning is done thoroughly every day. The hotel is very well located in the Spanish district near the port for the departure of many excursions.
