Questo boutique hotel si trova all’interno di un vecchio ed imponente palazzo dell’INPS, comodissimo a tutto in quanto a metà circa della centrale via Toledo: 2 minuti dalla metropolitana fermata Toledo, taxi a disposizione, 5 minuti a Spaccanapoli.. insomma una posizione privilegiata. Le camere sono ampie (almeno la 209 lo è), pulite, letto comodo. La colazione e la reception sono nella struttura principale Sol Art Hotel che è. Ella scala accanto. La colazione è ricca ed abbondante ed è servita in una sala bellissima con una mostra stabile di opere d’arte. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Una menzione alla responsabile della sala colazione Silvia, un vero piacere vederla la mattina e quando non c’è .. si vede! Consiglio l’hotel nonostante un problema di insonorizzazione tra le camere.. da migliorare.

Highly recommended... ...for the super central location, between Via dei Courti and the Spanish Quarter ...for the proximity to the Metro (Toledo, which cannot be missed in a visit to Naples) ...for the taxis always present in front hotel ... for the Trattoria Nennella right next to the hotel ... for the spotlessly clean room, the kind and always helpful staff.... ... the absolutely cheap price! The best of the hotel is the location. The rest without further ado. The excessively small room. Furthermore, we were four friends and they didn't give us the option of single beds. Complicated access. It has plenty of stars, but just for its great location, it's worth it.

I honestly don't see how it can have 4 stars, too many. The room was quite small, not at all soundproof, you could hear any noise coming from the corridor. Plus the mini fridge made a really annoying noise. The friendliness at reception was positive. Sufficient value for money, but don't be fooled and don't expect 4-star treatment if you decide to book.

Siamo stati in questo Boutique Hotel per due notti e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. Hotel pulito, staff cordiale, posizione ottima, super centrale, a 3 min a piedi dalla fermata della metro Toledo. In taxi dall’aeroporto dista 20 min. Consiglio vivamente per una fuga a Napoli di pochi giorni.

Situato in via Toledo, Fermata metro a 50mt, stanza molto bella e pulitissima con aria condizionata, personale gentilissimo e a disposizione di qualsiasi informazione tramite il suo numero su whatsapp (che trovate direttamente in camera). Ragazza alla reception gentilissima. E oltretutto frigobar con omaggio due bottigliette di acqua al vostro arrivo. Lo consiglio, vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni.

The hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, and had great amenities for the price point. It was inside a business building, and was very secure at night. The front desk service was great and was able to accommodate an early check in when I switched rooms from a double to a single. I really enjoyed my stay.

Clean modern small hotel. No issues with Wifi or hot water as other customers detailed over my 7 days here. Centrally located in the tourist area. I would stay here again. Make sure you go up stair case B to get to the hotel.

Good value for money for its location. It’s a small hotel set within a larger building containing other commercial units such as a bank, dentist and I believe some residential apartments on higher floors. This makes the arrival experience a little strange, but once you’ve figured out where you’re going it’s fine - worth mentioning the hotel does contact you prior to arrival and offers sufficient details to know where to go. The hotel is located in the old part of Naples, right next to all the winding vibrant streets of the old town that are full of restaurants, bars, shops and cathedrals. It’s also near the main high street which offers the more mainstream shops, and it is close to Toledo station - stop on the Naples Metro system. The hotel itself is basic enough, however the room rate was very reasonable for what we got and its location. The staff were pleasant and rooms were spacious and clean. We didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment here. All in all, a decent stay and I would return for roughly the same rate - which was circa €150 in early September.
