The hotel was very well located a few steps from Palazzo Reale and Castel Nuovo and only a few blocks from the port. The customer service was very positive, from the moment we did the check in until we literally left the hotel. They were extremely helpful, professional and kind to us. The elevator is something to experience, although only a few floors it worth to try it and the receptionist will give you the coins to use it. I will highly recommend this hotel, the rooms are very spacious, our even have a balcony and the decor is unique and beautiful. Breakfast has a huge selection of pastries, coffes etc...

The hotel is in a great location. Convenient to go anywhere. In the corridor. On the fourth floor, the reception at the front desk was warm and check-in was quick. There are very beautiful decorative paintings in the room. Hygiene is very good. But the air conditioner is still very noisy. At seven o'clock in the morning, I was awakened by the clinking of cups and saucers and the sound of voices. It turns out that the breakfast room is next door to our room.

This hotel is just for show. Except for the large room, everything else is too ordinary. It does not meet the star standard at all

Everything was great! Even got a room with a balcony which was not originally included. Also had a late checkout easily. Very hospitable place and nice rooms! Also the location was magnificent. I would definitely recommend this place for everyone!

The staff were nice and gave us coins for the lift but the room had a broken toilet seat, we reported it the next morning as arrived late the day before and still broken when we checked out. You can hear the bar/disco / karaoke/ I don’t know what that’s on the Lower ground from the room on the 3rd floor and the aircon really didn’t work. The art is interesting but there isn’t a bar area that’s open to chill out in meaning you always had to be out of the hotel. Our room had fake window and doors so no natural light. I did appreciate the clean bathroom though. Not sure how it compared price wise to other hotels but overall not bad for the money, but not stellar either

If you are staying in Naples, this is where you want to stay if you like boutique and bespoke. Very artsy, the rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully presented. The location is excellent also . A lovely Breakfast can be provided overlooking the Galleria.

We had a large family group of over 20, and they were great at check-in, had our rooms ready, and were very helpful. There was a lot going on while we were there, but we had a great time, and it was in the heart of everything. We walked to great restaurants, and had a great time. The homeless were outside or in the galleria, but we didn't feel threatened. Nice shops in the galleria, close to the water, easy to find local food as well as touristy areas. Perfect for our family trip.

This hotel is perfectly located. Walking distance to many attractions. The room was nice and I loved the view of the galleria. The air conditioner was cool enough. The staff were very kind and gave us coins for the lift. At night I was a little leary. Homeless people took shelter in the galleria with dogs, cardboard boxes etc. Streets are dirty. Typical congested, busy area. Surroundings restaurants and coffee shops were typical and good.

Hotel was nice but the after service has been awful. I was in Napoli for the half marathon at the end of February and unfortunately left my race day running shirt in the room when we left. The hotel said they had found the items and charged me €45 for the pleasure of returning this, however they actually sent someone else's dirty laundry, including some dirty underwear. Despite these items clearly not belonging to me, the hotel have been very unhelpful in trying to rectify their error and just keep saying this is what I requested. I wouldn't say stay clear of the hotel, but I would say don't use their useless service for returning lost/left behind items.

The room was fantastic, very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is extremely well located, clean, very helpful staff and a pleasant place to return to after a day of exploring. The rooms are very quiet, allowing for a bit of quiet time. Wifi is a bit patchy but I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Friendly hotel housed in a UNESCO heritage building. The location is very convenient. A short 10/15 minute walk to the sea front & same to the historical centre. The staff are very friendly & helpful. As other guests have pointed out, this hotel is on the third & fourth floor of an old building with steep staircases & an old small lift. We found the WiFI a little patchy. We had to change room after our first night but we were given an upgrade & we were not inconvenienced. We were a little surprised at the number of homeless people sleeping rough in the Galleria at night.

This hotel is located in a beautiful building in need of some TLC. The building highlights the contrasts of the city with space shared by expensive stores, homeless, and children using the marble floors as a soccer/scooter arena. The hotel entrance is behind a gated area with a coin operated, rickety elevator. We mostly climbed very steep steps up to our floor, passing what seemed to be a Covid testing site (open during day). The room was very strange, I hesitate to criticize the art work next to the bed as the Enrico Manera painting of Snoopy had a speech bubble noting that both artists and critics should be killed. While I appreciate the art, it I find it strange next to the bed. There was only a sheet as cover (down blanket in closet). The bed mattress was hard. It was very loud at night with soccer matches and dogs barking echoing the atrium marble throughout the night. The tub/shower has a very high side, climbing in and out was one slip away from disaster (no non-slip mat or grab bar). The positive-AC, clean, convenient to shops, and the man who carried our heavy bags down a flight of stairs to our room was helpful and has Hulk-like strength.
