location not far from train station but area is a bit rough at nite. booked twin bed but was given double & staff said request info not reached them. per our request, we left packed baggage in double room & requested to change & arrange baggage to twin room once available as we went out. tho good news was room changed but they did not know where our baggage were. finally baggage found & staff did not help to get baggage from their storage room ie literally no service at all. breakfast was very very basic, not reckon as standard. room was small

Although the hotel is a little dated, and the rooms a little old, everything was perfect!
The service was great, very friendly, the breakfast is also very good and the hotel is in a superb location.
If I come back to Naples, I will stay at this hotel again.

Hotel is quite old. Furniture is dirty. Service is awful. Breakfast was disappointing. In whichever criteria, this shouldn't be any star hotel. Especially too expensive for tiny room and tiny shower. So tiny that it is very limiting to even move around.

Great location in Naples right by L'antica pizza da michele and other nice restaurants in the historic center, the 24/7 staff was very helpful and booked us a taxi for a very early flight, clean and comfortable rooms albeit slightly old.

Property itself is a massive dissapoin**ent...rooms are closet sized. Misleading since the name implies that this is an all suites hotel. Location is great, walk to the historic center. Def not 4 star, 2 star at best. Lumpy bed, hard as rock pillows (asked the receptionist for a replacement but didn’t get one). No adapters in room, shower is a rathole. Def not worth 75$.

Clean hotel with good breakfast.
The rooms are small as are all the internal spaces. Defective external windows. There is no parking and there are no additional services other than the 24/24 reception.

All in all, a great hotel for a city trip in the old center of Naples. Within walking distance of the central station, which made a trip to Pompei also easy.
