The hostel just 5 minutes walk from the train station. The area is a little bit dirty but it's ok. The reception was very helpful and she's the only person who speaks English well. That is really so helpful if you don't understand Italian. Breakfast was very good. Simple selection but is great. If you are a fanatic with Italian cofee or want to have a good coffee then you need to buy your own cofee. The room is clean and comfortable. Toilet is clean.

I'm impressed by the cleanliness of this hostel, which is way cleaner and prettier than other hostels that I've stayed before. The room even has a private bathroom and surprisingly also a little balcony, very neat and well decorated! I'm also surprised to see there is a shared kitchen (which is also very clean and well managed) which serves breakfast! Truly amazing experience staying here knowing great people across the world!

Location is fine, few minutes walk from central train station. Breakfast included which was plain but good. Nearby has a medium supermarket which able to provide what you need. The room I stayed was quite noisy even mid night. It is noted that the hostel is at the corner of the streets. Downstairs seems to be a flea market from the morning, it could be a bit messy when it's night.

If you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot. Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around. The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included. The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do. All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

The hostel is very friendly and has complete facility that provides kitchen and dining place. The quality/price is beyond my expectation.

The staff were helpful. It's close to the station and a popular pizza shop is also nearby. The entrance is difficult to find, so we recommend checking carefully before coming.

I had booked another hostel, but when I got there I wasn't sure about staying there, so I quickly booked this one. It was the morning before check-in, but when I got there they greeted me kindly, and I was more relieved than anything to have found a place to stay. It's far from the station and the area is a bit unsafe, so you need to be careful. There were no problems with the shower temperature or water pressure. There was hand soap and a hairdryer. The breakfast was the same every day, but I had no complaints.

First of all, the breakfast served every morning was very good. I had a great time in Naples thanks to the friendly owner and staff. However, during my stay, it was difficult because there was a strange person in the same room who smoked, drank, and slept naked.

The location is convenient. It's not more than 10 minutes away from Naples train station by walking. The hotel doesn't look like a hotel from the outside, so I searched for a long time for the hotel facilities, but you get what you pay for. The hotel includes breakfast and a variety of food is very good. 👍🏼

The private room for a hostel was pretty good. It had free wifi, shared toilet, shower, air-conditioning, and small elevator to 3rd floor. Outside the property it was close to restaurants, and had 2 convenience stores in 1 block. We bought water, fresh fruit and snacks. It was within walking distance to trains and local buses.

I really enjoyed my stay. My only complaint would be that I struggled to get my keys to work in any door and was treated with condescension when i asked about it. I was then told there's a trick to it. Especially disappointing when you consider a fellow traveller was robbed trying to get into the front door. Aside from that the staff was friendly and helpful, atmosphere inside the hostel was fantastic, and the staff maintained a good level of cleanliness.

The room was comfortable and warm. The reception was very friendly. I stored my bag there after checking-out. When I went back, they allowed me to stay in the common room to wait for my bus. The location is not the best, but acceptable
