A 5’ a piedi dalla fermata metro Toledo se avete il trolley non vi serve altro. Un hotel non eccessivamente grande. Camere di buona metratura. La colazione é da 10e lode. I dolci sono artigianali e la croissanteria se non é di pasticceria é di un ottimo fornitore. Consigliato, potete essere in pieno centro a piedi senza avere il caos di viali più trafficati

Bellissimo albergo in posizione centrale, adatta a visitare comodamente a piedi le principali attrazioni della città. Il personale dell'albergo è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. La camera doppia matrimoniale è risultata essere conforme alle nostre aspettative: pulita, con un letto comodo e di dimensioni adeguate.

We were only in Naples for the one night. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk, slightly uphill, from the port. We appreciated not having to deal with getting a taxi. The staff were helpful, rooms clean & beds comfortable. There’s lime scale on the bath fixtures but, again, everything was clean. Naples is gritty looking compared to Rome, but we had no problems.

Rooms had water stains all over the walls like there had been damage that had not been repaired, the bathroom had patchy repairs on the walls like they had slapped spackle on top of screws and the shower was literally on a slope. The outside of the hotel is surrounded by graffiti and people loitering outside who are not staying there. We did not feel safe or comfortable here. They would not give me a manager to speak to, or a name or a phone number to call. ON TOP OF THIS… My husband and I are on our honeymoon and had an emergency at home and had to leave. The front desk showed no care to our situation and promised 3 calls to our room and didn’t deliver once while making us pay for our stay, regardless. Not telling us their cancellation policy and also not caring in any capacity that we were not only on our honeymoon that had to be cut short but also that we had to leave. The front desk staff was very unhelpful and seemed to know nothing. Very unhelpful and overall bad stay.

L'Hotel si trova al centro di Napoli, vicino alla stazione di Toledo. Per quanto riguarda l'accoglienza c'era una ragazzina impacciata, poi è subentrata un'altra persona che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni. Colazione dolce nella media, mentre la colazione salata presentava affettati e prodotti di bassa qualità. Nella stanza su alcune superfici c'era la polvere, gli addetti alle pulizie dovrebbero prestare più attenzione. I prezzi dipendono dal periodo, se migliorassero in questi aspetti è un hotel con camere spaziose che consiglio vista anche la localizzazione.

Pessimo hotel che vanta 4 stelle… assurdo Innanzi tutto è molto sporco con tessuti alle pareti e tendaggi luridi, inoltre il bagno fatiscente. Non sanno cosa sono i copri piumini, usano un lenzuolo ripiegato, mai vista una cosa simile.A colazione l’acqua si può avere solo calda, il resto passabile
